Ban Reason: C2.1 Using any sort of modification that changes the functionality of your game is not permitted to be used while you are logged into our servers. This includes non-malicious graphical enhancement utilities. We have systems in place in order to detect and punish users for this type of offence. This offence will result in a permanent ban without chance for appeal.

I would like the opportunity to discuss the situation about my ban for C2.1
I did open a ticket a couple of days ago but it was not very successful due to me being very confused about the whole situation and also admittingly a little annoyed I had been banned as I feel I have done nothing wrong.
I have done a bit of investigating myself to try make sense of it all and this is what I have found.
I have found out that the Cutlass member I had shot who I had called by a certain name which I wont post on the forums for others to read, was not actually his in city name and is actually an out of city name of some sort. I was given that name over the radio in game by somebody else earlier that day. It was along the lines of "Apparently * from cutlass is hanging around at the bins depot" I have been told by this person that they have opened a ticket themselves to admit they told me that name in game.
Obviously upon finding this information out I feel bad and can only apologise to the cutlass member as this could of made him feel exposed or vulnerable and I know I would not of liked it either.
I do though feel as I was only using information given to me in game and had no idea that the ban is very harsh and would greatly appreciate someone to re consider.
