In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I know that the ban was imposed on me for not roleplaying the incident of me being shot by a gang member. At the point before being shot, I never complied with them when asking to put my hands up. Once being shot and transported a heated argument between the 2 of us continued where on a couple of occasions I expressed aggressive swearing as well as referring to him in a disrespectful and derogatory manner.

Why should we unban you ?: Ultimately there are no excuses for my actions, and I take full accountability and responsibility of them on this occasion. My roleplays in general i believe have been very good when encountering Medics, Policing Services, and a lot of other members of the city and society. At this point, we were literally about to fly out. Being almost 3am my time, i was extremely tired and frustrated. The more I told them when they pulled up that I was saying my goodbyes and going to fly out, the more aggressive they got towards me. I know that this is where the wheels fell off the bus...
I have been in the city for about 4 months and have been enjoying it practically every moment of it. I believe that this is not a true reflection of who i am and what i do in the city. I am an active member of the Royal Park Rangers as well. I have work through the taxi ranks, mining ranks and smelting ranks in a very short amount of time. The only reason for this is because i honestly and truly enjoy the roleplay community. This is the 1st one that I have EVER been a part of. I know i did wrong, and i know how to rectify that. I graciously ask that you reconsider the Permanent Ban and allow me another opportunity to be active within roleplay.co.uk.

You were banned less than 2 days ago. You used derogatory language that you know was wrong towards other members of the community simply because you were frustrated, breaking at least 4 rules in the process.

I'm not willing to accept this as mitigation for what you said and the actions you took, especially as by your own words, you have been playing the server for 4 months.

Every time I hear an integrated member of a member of the community engaging in conduct such as this I feel so disappointed, and if you're willing to say these kind of things during a moment of frustation, I think you need to take a step back, reflect, and come back with a different attitude and really think next time you get into a situation such as this.

As such, I will place this appeal on cooldown for a month, you may appeal after 05/03/23. As help to yourself when you do return to the appeals section, tell us about how you've reflected on your actions, what steps you're going to take to ensure this does not happen again and the attitude you'll have to anyone you get frustrated with in future.
