In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because a little while ago, I entered a roleplay situation late at night, which ended up not going into my favour, making me a bit angered as I was quite tired and inpatient if I'm honest.
After the roleplay situation ended, I carelessly combat logged, which I now realise was very wrong and selfish of me. This gave me an "advantage" over the other players of the server, as I would've still kept my items later, which isn't fair.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned because over the time of my ban I have deeply thought about it, and came to the realisation that what I did was VERY wrong and it would have affected the journey positively without fairness. This is the only server that I feel like I could play over a long time, as I enjoy it very much. I deeply apologise for my wrong doings. I have made a mistake and regret it. I ask for forgiveness and another chance, if possible.

Is it common for you to let your emotions get the better of you in situations? 

Looking over your history this is your second permanent ban and I've read that appeal. You stated in that appeal the same as you put here and I'll quote this, "If I do get given a 2nd chance, I will never do such thing again, nor will I break any other rule put in place". Yet here we are again for something you said you will never do. So how can we trust you won't break the rules should we offer you another chance? 

 
It is not common for me to let my emotions get the best of me, that is why I feel so stupid for this ban. Normally I would not let this happen.. I just don't know what happened that night, but as I said, I deeply apologise for my mistake. I know it is my second ban, and I have said all this, and you have heard it all before from everyone - "this will not happen again"

But, sincerely, I honestly will not repeat this mistake. I know it is hard to trust me because I have said this before, but please try find it in your heart to allow me one more chance.

This is the only server I enjoy, and I seem to keep coming back to it, If I do get unbanned, I am looking forward to building and developing my character over a long period of time, as I really love this community.

If this isn't a common thing that happens what made this situation different from others you have been in that lead to you breaking our server rules again? Help us understand what happened and your thought process please.

Whilst it's understandable you do say it won't happen again, Getting to the route of why it happened is also important so we can see if this will happen again, How you will handle situations like this moving forth ect. It's your time to convince us of your intentions within the community prior to any chances being offered to return.

I want to start off by saying that my attitude towards things has changed a lot towards the positive in the past few weeks, as I have started quitting on my old bad habits, making me a better person in general.

Even though this is not an excuse, a big thing that affected this was the people that were participating in the roleplay (against me) were just making fun of me for the full 50 minutes or so (the bleeding out process) which has angered me a lot due to the tiredness. Once again, this isn't an excuse, I am just being fully honest about the situation as I have no reason to lie. 

To continue, I would like to assure you this will not happen again, as I now realise how much I enjoy this server, in comparation to others. I feel an "attraction" to this server that I am trying to pursue by developing my character into the roleplay world and perhaps becoming very known among the players, as a top roleplayer in the future. 

From now on, if I do get unbanned, I will treat the situation with responsibility, and not act out of anger.

Once again, I greatly thank you for the quick response, and I am looking forward to more.

If it was getting to much whilst being downed due to what was happening why didn't you simply roleplay out your death and respawn over combat logging?

I was going to reach that point. Now, with a clear and rested mind, I see that that should have been the approach that I should've taken, and this situation would have all been avoided. Unfortunately, at the time I was not quite thinking straight, which affected my actions in the situation.

However, as I said, shortly after my ban I realised that I should have indeed roleplayed out my death and respawned. And for that, I'd like to apologise again. I know, it is a stupid mistake I have made. I just hope I can get back to playing and being part of this lovely community. 

 
Lets say you are on the server, Get into a situation where you are taken hostage and the people who have taken you are attempting to wind you up and in turn may effect how you view the situation. How would you manage such a situation? 

In relation to the rule you was banned for, Could you quote the rule you have been banned for and in your own words explain why you believe we have such a rule in place? 

 
If I was to get unbanned and enter a similar situation as the one above, I will not let my emotions get the best of me, I will keep my calm and act responsibly. 

I quote - "(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first)."

This rule has been put in place to ensure fairness between all members of the community, and in order to maximise the roleplay factor of the game. It is to ensure roleplay is being treated properly in all altercations by both parties.

I'm willing to give you another chance to return overall, However you do need to keep in mind you have had two permanent bans now at this point, So I do hope you take this chance serious and you don't let me down by providing you with this chance in coming back. Now it is clear you are more aware of this rule in question, However I would suggest that you take some time to read over the GTA and Community rules fully prior to rejoining.

Upon connecting back to the server you will still be downed on your Alex character. This roleplay will still need to be completed, Either with the NHS coming to save you, Being taken to hospital or simply respawning, The choice here is yours. I will be holding you to what you have said here, So don't make me regret this. I hope to not see you returning to this section of the forums moving forth.
