Reason given for your ban: G4.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe it was because of an event that took place at the prison where they used me (Tyrone) as a sacrifice and so i died but then i went to Mission Row PD and told them about what happened to me.
it did slip my mind at the time that i was violating the rules but following that moment i gave a detailed description of what happened to me, i was ruining my own and others RP experiences because of this.

i believe this is why i was banned.

Why should we unban you ?: I can honestly say I made a mistake I needed to read more into the rules and I can say I have read up on the rules properly and after all this time I would like to fix and forget my wrongs and start fresh i hope you can consider this and forgive my actions i will not mess up again!

The actions I took were not on and completely understandable to the punishment, I want to make good and honest moments in the city creating engaging stories

That is true and it’s valid yes I should be and I am now the thing is before I was still relatively new to all of it so with some experience I can say I’m able to follow the rules exceptionally well

This record says otherwise unfortunately, as mentioned it's the 3rd offense for NLR. 
Why do you keep breaking the same rule over and over again? 

 
This was a year ago if I can add it was silly and I wasn’t really great at RP then to be honest back then I didn’t really understand the rules fully but as time went on during the year + I’ve been banned I can now say I do understand and I know why too 

I can assure you the situation will not take place again and I will follow the rules completely with no issues

I roleplayed In another city and realised what I was doing wrong after realising when seeing others do it I then gave myself time to self reflect before coming back. 

I will say my actions were annoying and stupid after experiencing them myself and I am ready to roleplay properly

What character(s) are you going to create and play?
What quality roleplay can you provide here based off of what you've got going on elsewhere? 

 
i want to create a character named george baston and i am going to get him to join the police and another called Don Linkton where he will join a gang and work his way up. i feel from my experience in a few other citys i can create a good environment for roleplay, 

i can provide gold standard quality as ive roleplayed as the police medical and fire and have been captain of a police force for my gold quality rp i can create scenarios in which can last a while and keep people interested with drama.

also court cases where i have provided amazing moments for myself and others where we had a hour long case over multiple murders in which ended up with me winning 

also i have worked with police as a criminal doing undercover work for cash within city.

my aim now is to make everyones day well and stream my RP and get noticed by your amazing community and others!

You seem to have been heavily involved with this other server... Please could you give me a bit of insight into the court cases you've created roleplay for over there?

Why do you have a sudden interest in RPUK again? 

 
Okay so I killed 2 people over drug deal gone wrong within gang stuff anyways I got arrested and I asked for a bench trial/court case, when I’m court I had my lawyer with me who had been defending my case pretty well to be honest it lasted quite a while because of all the witnesses which a lot couldn’t recall the events fully so on my part I just Decided to say I was being robbed and had to defend myself in which led to 2 people dying I was then found not guilty 

I want to return to RPUK because it offers really good RP scenes that I’d like to engage in and move forward without being a hastle to staff 

 
Could you perhaps tell us about a time where you started a roleplay scenario, followed it through to the very end whilst maintaining high quality roleplay behind it? 

I'm just trying to get an insight as to where your roleplay is at now, as you're aware it wasn't up to speed originally.

 
Ofc that is no problem I’ll use a good one I was robbing a bank we needed 2 hostages so we prepared all our goods loaded them up into the trunk found some people nearby so we held them gunpoint I told them to come with us no harm will come to them if they just listen and pay attention, when we arrive at the bank I offer them some food and just ask them random questions like what their favourite food and music was we chilled till the police arrived and on scene I asked for no spike strips 30 seconds headstart they saw it as reasonable. 
 

during this I spoke to the head chief and was just asking him questions to keep time going while the other two was sorting the cash as soon as we was ready we followed the officers commands and moved the hostages slowly out of the bank as soon as we did we jumped into the car and left during the chase we had minimal time to think of the next move so we used the city streets to confuse the police we ended up escaping with the cash straight after we changed clothes and vehicle and went seperate ways for a few hours.

I’m not the best at explaining stuff but I can assure you rules will not be broken and you’ll see amazing RP I do actually take it serious now

I'm inclined to believe you've changed given the responses posted here, I do hope you come back with some quality roleplay which we can follow along with.

As per the FBS, any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be another permanent.
