Why do you think you were banned: I know why i was banned.

I apologize for posting in the wrong discord channel and it escalating to something that can only be described as a playground squabble, I understand it was my fault this happened and again i apologize.
I was rude to staff/admin and i am sorry if any offence was taken.
I am just frustrated lately with certain things that are happening within the city. I understand i went the wrong way about explaining or showing this.

Regarding the exploiting accusation, it is no different to pulling my phone out to stop the animation which anyone i come across doing crafting/searching bins etc do it, so if it is a big issue then something needs saying, i was doing it to enhance my roleplay i did not fill my pockets and i would suggest if i did then i am exploiting. its just a feature in the city that has to be done but IRL (which is what serious rp is based on (unless im wrong about that) so thats why i only did it to search as again IRL you can see what your stealing.
Im not denying it is a exploit, but as can be clearly seen im gaining no advantage other than seeing if the shelves were empty as the alot of the time they are.
Why should we unban you: I don't think i have any prior reports/warnings against my account.
I thoroughly enjoy being in this city and since arriving i am confident to say I've probably been awake more on my character than i have slept out of city.
I help people on a regular basis whether they need advising, helping i always do my best to be kind as i believe in treat and speak to others how you want to be treated (in and out of character.).

I wont post in the discord about anything that's not relevant like i clearly have done in this specific channel, the reason i did was because yesterday it was left like I'm just there to snatch and run from the pharmacy's so i showed otherwise and what i get met with, from my perspective what's happened this morning/afternoon is minor, i didn't threaten anyone i simply said instead of trolling or mocking it just dm me and not act big on a public forum, it was nothing to do with half of them which is why it got so out of control and again if not being encouraged by staff it wouldn't of happened. i seen 1 person say okay that's enough. 1 admin was doxing my ticket information basically trying to make me out to be 1 of them guys. not only is that untrue its morally wrong and cant quite understand how that's a thing, also others obviously checking my profile and working out my name is Jay, 'Its okay to not be okay Jay' then proceeds to mock it.

I can accept a short ban/timeout or what not as i have reflected and yes i was in the wrong however being provoked and from my point of view encouraged by 'staff' was very distasteful and quite frankly i felt cornered. but from how it seems I've been permanently banned from the discord which isn't something i wanted to achieve, As that's obviously affecting me being able to come back to city.

Humans make mistakes and sometimes say and do things they regret, so again i apologize to anyone i have offended.

You didn't offend me, it would take far worse than what was said, to do so. What I took issue with, was 2 low key threats to other players, a failure to understand that police public isn't there to complain about the police situations you're in, a failure to follow correct procedures even after being told the correct route and finally this little allegation of encouraging players.

Now of the above list, what have you changed in the last 24 hours? I need it explained to me thoroughly, to consider lifting this ban.

Im not disagreeing with the above. i reflected by 6pm yesterday and thats why i made a fresh appeal with effort.

What's changed in the last 24hours? i know not to post irrelevant things in the discord be rude towards admin/staff or anyone in the discord (as i said from my pov it felt as if i was being cornered).All in city issues are resolved on the forum not in the discord. Whilst constantly checking this forum yesterday evening hoping for a response i can assure you i reflected on my part and as im trying to demonstrate i wont do it again.

IRL I've had a lot of stress lately and i let something minor get to me, again i really enjoy coming into this city, there's plenty of fun times I've had, and I've met some great people.

I suffer with agoraphobia and c-ptsd which is no excuse for how i behaved, as i said by 6pm i was reflecting and clearly regretted what i did and said hence why i made the fresh appeal and am taking responsibility for the entirety of what happened. Again i apologize to anyone involved.

I'm going to throw you a bone here, as I don't think you actually meant to act out with malice. And I will lift the ban on your discord account. You will need to rejoin the server.

However, further contraventions of what I outlined in my initial post, will land you back on a ban and the next appeal will not be entertained within 3 months.
