In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned because I did not provide quality roleplay , The lack of roleplay during a robbery scenario caused me to get banned . When engaging roleplay with another player I should have provided a fun and interesting experience for everyone involved . My roleplay during this night was not up to standard by any stretch and I let myself down and got carried away on the night , it was late and I was tired which may have contributed to my lack of RP during the night .

Why should we unban you ?: I would just like to start by apologising to the player/s involved in the robbery situation from the night I was banned , the roleplay I provided was extremely poor and there is no excuse for the way I dealt with that situation . During the time this situation was occurring I was lost in the moment and got too engaged with multiple roleplay situations at once , the robbery was extremely rushed due to us needing to get to another location to deal with another roleplay scenario . In retrospect I should not have engaged with this player knowing I would not have sufficient time to roleplay the robbery to a high standard to make the situation enjoyable for everyone involved . I recognise my mistake and I want to apologise to the staff that dealt with me and the community as a whole for letting myself down during this night . There is no excuse for this poor roleplay and I have reflected on my actions as a whole during the night in question and fully understand why I have been punished . If I was to be unbanned I would love to prove to the staff of RPUK and the community that I can roleplay to a high standard without letting myself go .

I believe I should be unbanned because I have a lot to offer in regards to roleplay within the server , over the time I have spent within the server I have developed my character arch from a beginner criminal to a high status criminal with respect within the city . I feel as though my journey within the server has just started as my character has just joined Ballas , during this stage of my characters progression i was planning on working my way up the ranks within the Ballas to increase my interactions with the higher level criminals within the city . If given a second chance I would take my character in this direction and expand my variety of Roleplay situations and Create more Engaging and interesting roleplay situations and experience's for myself and other people within the server . Whilst in the server I have also been a part of the police force , I enjoyed my time within the police In RPUK and I believe I provided high quality roleplay acting as a PPC within RPUK. Being a member of the police in RPUK has given me a new outlook on RP in general and has given me an insight on more diverse roleplay , I believe this has helped me improve my RP interactions within the server , making it more enjoyable overall.

I am aware that I am making my appeal early after being banned , my reasoning behind this is because I want to explain my side of things from my perspective and apologise for my mistake . The rules are set for a reason which is to ensure all players are given a fair opportunity within the server , and to also ensure all players are enjoying themselves with high-quality roleplay interactions . I am eager to come back to RPUK to prove to the staff and community that I can roleplay well and I made a genuine mistake whilst getting way too carried away with my friends . If given another chance I would love to get back to roleplaying and providing interesting scenarios to fellow players within the server.

I have had 3 previous bans in my time playing RPUK . 2 of these bans were within the first month or 2 after joining the server , Although this is no excuse , RPUK is the first server I've played properly on Five M since I have had it so I had a lack of experience within any RP servers , my previous bans were for breaking character I believe and/or Metagaming if I remember correctly . Since I have received those previous bans I have significantly improved my Roleplay and character development within the server . I kept my record clear of any bans for 4 months and unfortunately on this night my roleplay slipped over the fun and excitement I had whilst playing on the server . I know I can provide higher quality roleplay if given another chance , I will focus more on my character development within RP.

I would also like to appreciate Stuart , Mike and Lunar for allowing me to put this unban appeal up at anytime I please . I have also had a long and in-depth conversation with the staff previously mentioned regarding the roleplay I displayed the previous night . I am in no way trying to justify my actions on this night and I am simply here to apologise for my mistake and hopefully return to the RPUK community .

I am well thank you , How are you tonight ?

Thank you for getting back to me so promptly I appreciate your reply, I hope all is well with you.
I would like to first start with discussing some of the Roleplay/scenarios I would like to set up within the city if I was unbanned . My first idea is to set up/conduct interviews for staff for the "Ballas car wash" , I believe inviting other players and giving them the opportunity to work at the car wash will create more diverse roleplay and allow more player to player interactions . As well as this, the interview stage will create more thoughtful roleplay and allow other players to voice themselves and show what they can do , to instigate this type of roleplay I will devise a plethora of questions which require a higher level of thinking and roleplay to answer . This type of roleplay will be refreshing and help the community get involved with diverse roleplay situations and interact with people they may not normally get to talk to . If all goes well , the objective of this idea is to create a friendly , safe community other players can work and visit when they please ,  Ensuring everybody is having a laugh and enjoying themselves is the number one priority . Once the carwash is fully staffed it will be the perfect front for a money laundering business which the "Ballas" will use to clean their illicitly earned money within the city . This allows for more criminal interactions behind the scenes on the flipside of the "friendly" face of the carwash . I will replicate a level of realism to create a more immersive experience for the other players involved , using "prop emotes" will also add to the RP experience.

To ensure I don't get carried away again in the future I will plan ahead my roleplay interactions and place myself in situation I know I can roleplay to a high standard . In this server and RP in general you can never predict the behaviour of other players so you have to adapt the best you can in the moment , to ensure I do this to the best of my ability I will always consider the outcome for the other players involved in the roleplay scenario . Having this mindset will always allow me to ensure the situation is fun and enjoyable for everybody involved . Sometimes situations get out of hand and plans go downhill but I will ensure I always do the best I can to ensure the other player is enjoying themselves as much as one can in the situation or scenario . Being banned has been a wake up call for me and will change the way I roleplay in the server and RP in general .

I also want to thank you once again, for taking your time and writing up a very nice detailed reply. 

Instead of me quoting your first and second reply I'll categorize them into two.
First - If Unbanned
Second - Carried Away

IF UNBANNED

I am glad to hear that your priority would be a good RP,  people having fun and enjoying themselves with said idea.

After reading this, I really enjoyed the idea you've for the Ballas Carwash, I really like the background that you would create for the Ballas Carwash, and even more the "twist" for Ballas to use as a money laundering scheme. 

CARRIED AWAY
I understand that some of us, I believe all of us are guilty of this to a degree. 

In this server and RP in general you can never predict the behaviour of other players so you have to adapt the best you can in the moment

In my opinion that is the best thing about roleplay in general, you never know what the other party/group has planned and you always have to adapt, if you think about it, it's like throwing a ball, you never really know who the ball will be thrown at or who will catch it. 

Sometimes situations get out of hand and plans go downhill but I will ensure I always do the best I can to ensure the other player is enjoying themselves as much as one can in the situation or scenario 

No outcome or situation will be always in your favor, and plans will be created, plans will crumble, I am glad to hear that your aim is the enjoyment of each party in that situation, providing a good RP should always be your number one priority! 

Now onto the matters at hand, 
You're right your roleplay was not up to the standard by any stretch, you did get carried away on the night, you being tired did definitely add to the lack of RP. 

Please remember that our rules apply around the clock, don't let your standards drop just because it's the middle of the night.

This is your chance to prove yourself,
Now that you are unbanned if you break any rules within the next 6 months you will go back on a permanent ban.
