In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was reported for combat logging as I crashed from the server and the reporter claimed I didn't come back nor went back to the roleplay situation, unfortunately I didn't have any clips of me returning right away and going back to the roleplay situation at the time, but hopefully now I got enough evidence.
Why should we unban you ?: I will be completely honest and say exactly what happened in the situation.
Disconnected/ Timed out:
First of all, I was selling by Triads turf, I got in chases about 2-3 times and I managed to get away, the 4th time I got in a chase, my internet crashed but I didn't realize that until I fully timed out from the server as for my eyes I was driving and I lost them (I've been asking around and I found out it's a common issue to disconnect but on your screen, you are still walking/driving), so for me, there was no role-play situation to go back to.
Role-playing situation:
As I didn't mean to leave or disconnect I reconnect right away, I spawned without my bike around me, I saw 2 police cars right Infront of me waiting on the side of the road, I kept walking around that area for a while, and because they were close to me when I spawned back in and didn't give me any attention, I wasn't sure if they are after me or something else or maybe didn't see me at all, so I went around and got a local bike (near weasel news).
I waited for a bit and they were not leaving, so I wanted to be on the safe side and make sure they are not waiting me, and as I know I'm wanted I decided to drive past them again to make sure they notice me, I drove past them and nothing happened, they didn't chase me or say anything, and that convinced me I did lose them before I've disconnected, so I drove away and went back to role-play, minutes later (about 20-25mins) I got in another police chase and they managed to arrest me, on my way out of the cells, I saw the same officer (the reporter), and nothing was mentioned OOC/LOOC from their side or tried to sort it out on discord, I had no intentions to disconnect at all, I wasn't even at any disadvantage when I timed out, I was still on my bike and I could easily drive away and escape again.
I'm fully aware of the combat logging rule, and I knew to prove my innocence when the report was made, I had to prove that I did return to the server right away and I did go back to the role-play situation, unfortunately I didn't record anything to proof I didn't break any rules and I did try to go back to the same police chase even when I wasn't sure if I lost them or not, I only asked for the logs on the report to proof I did return few minutes after, then I contacted both police officers to get further clips as I was certain they at least saw me when I went past them.
Luckily, I was able to get a short clip from the officer who was waiting in the car, and here it is (I was not able to share this on the report as I received it the day after I've been banned):

the reporter was looking at me when I drove past them (as shown in the screenshot), and the fact they didn't chase me made me believe I was all good to go and there was no role-play situation involving me.

when I replied to the report I mentioned that I've spawned elsewhere:

The red is where my bike started to slow down, and this is exactly where I disconnected from the server, the rest bit until I crashed, in the reporter's eyes I was on bike not moving and to my eyes, I was still driving, until I fully timed out from my screen and for him as well, so when I came back to the server I spawned at the red (where I crashed) and that's why I believe they might have not seen me, when I came back hence didn't arrest me right away.
I understand that in case I leave during a role-play situation its preferred to contact the people who were involved and/or staff but as I thought I lost them before I timed out, I decided to come back to the server and role-play, it only confused me that when I returned I saw two officers waiting and as I know I timed out and not fully aware of what might have happened I decided to go past them again to make sure they aren't waiting for me, I'm being completely honest and I'm telling the truth, I didn't even have anything on me worth losing and risking a perma ban for.
I hope you understand the situation from my point as well, and that I did try to role-play the chase again.
