Unban Appeal for jeff hermit

In-game Name: max reed

Server: GTA RP

Steam ID: 76561199418753613

Ban ID: !!rpuk10980!!

Reason given for your ban: c2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe i was banned for combat logging. I did not realise I was combat logging since I thought the sit was over after I was dumped.

Why should we unban you ?: Hello. Sorry in advanced for my writing, i am dyslectic. I understand my wrong doings in the situation and appologize for that. I also had some stuff IRL that i had to
take care of at the time I was incapacitated. And me thinking the sit was over since i was dumped, i figured it would be ok to disconnect since it would not affect
roleplay. But I understand that it was considered combatlogging. And I have learned from my mistake. And i believe combat logging was the rule C2.3 wich is the one I get notified about when I tried connecting to server. But since then it seems that the rules has changed in the forum, and im not 100% sure its combat logging it refers to anymore since all the rules now start with a G.

Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes

I just found the C2.3 rule under community rules. I was looking under GTA RP rules, hence why i did not find it. My mistake and i appologize.

Hello there @jeff hermit
I hope we're well today.

Onto your unban appeal,
I will quote the rule for you and highlight the part that were broken by you;
(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

If you had something going on in real life, why didn't you let staff be aware of this via /OOC or making a ticket? - (I highlighted in yellow so you know what I am talking about in ref.)
Explain your situation, saying you've to log off, apologize and reassure us you'll respawn when you log back on.

It also seems you haven't read our community rules admittedly by you as well, I hope this has changed, here are the rules once again;
https://www.roleplay.co.uk/community-rules/
https://www.roleplay.co.uk/gtarprules/

Now onto a few questions for you:
* The ban is 3 months old, I am curious why are you trying to get unbanned now?
* You claim you have learned from your mistake, how/what have you learned?
* If you were unbanned and same thing would happen where something IRL arose, what would you do?

Thank you in advance.
