Reason given for your ban: G1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was Banned due to firing a gun at someone without going into RP beforehand, without knowing I was breaking the VDM rule
In my state of mind,I was trying to RP as a taxi robber(as this has happened to me before and I know 2 wrongs don't make a right),but have had plenty of people come at me with gun/s drawn immediately & I complied

Why should we unban you ?: I have sincerely missed the community these past 3 months, really thought long and hard about my stupid behavior that I want to change,
I see myself in the past doing these stupid things and petty stuff,(i know 2 wrongs don't make a right)as iv saw people break the rules of the server(this litraly was the reason I was banned I had not properly seen the rule of I'm committed to make a change for myself and others around me

Have you read the rules? 

Because to me it does not look like you have, you talk about G1.2 which is RDM and then continue to speak about VDM which is not even a rule. This appeal is fairly similar to your appeal on the 4th of September 2022.

You are also correct two wrongs do not make a right, this I will agree with you on.

So answer me these questions, in detail:

What is G1.2 and explain this in your own words?

What did you do wrong at the time?

If you have issues with people and you believe they are breaking the rules, what are you going to do about this?

Any why should I even give you a chance to come back?

What is G1.2 and explain this in your own words? Random Death Match (RDM) as I had done in the vid I had to report a player for,is driving someone off the road without engaging in proper RP beforehand(during the time of the RP,i had fired a warningshot,which i sadly paid the price for) towards the other persons vehichle

I have come to realized that it is not worth being banned from this server,and want to serve the community eventually,Apart from missing the top RP or events,but even my own littil RP world away from Real Life as I would put it as i am a rather antisocial person IRL

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

TO quote it: Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

This is an extremally important rule on the server as otherwise there would be chaos and no fun on the server at alloforms personal experience i have done it myself and have had others do it to me(report was made ofc) & this was also the reason i was banned last time, I cannot remember exactly the detailed report but i combat logged just as i was about to get mugged, sadly I had not read all of the rules during the time and had got banned from the server,I belive i combat logged once from when I rejoined the server (I have no recollection of this but I am not going to argue if i did or didint,as admins have powers to view logs and so on,according to a previous admin that gave me a 3 month cooldown i had combat logged

To round things up,Combat logging is 1 of the nastiest way to RP,and can ruin it for EVERYONE around you & this rule is a very high priority rule

You have explained to me the two rules that you have broken, in a round about way. What I will say is this is your well aware of these rules now and you should consider you actions when coming back to the server. Make yourself aware of the rules! https://www.roleplay.co.uk/gtarprules/

If you are found to be breaching these rules again you will be perma banned as per the Fair Ban System.

This is going to be your only chance to prove that you are here to roleplay, enjoy the server and NOT break the rules.
