Not really much effort went into the appeal upon you writing it, Going off the very little you put into the appeal you don't seem to understand what you did was wrong. Just because you was up all night for example (Your own words) doesn't permit you to break server rules. 

Now you have been banned for combat logging on June 21st, So that means you have a mandatory 1 month cooldown period. You can appeal on or after July 21st 2022 and I would suggest making more of an effort next time around.
