Reason given for your ban: (C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am quite unsure on the reason of my ban, the ban ID explains the discrimination act. I don't recall this ever happening on my behalf however I have been accused of it which has resulted in a ban. I wish i could explain more as my reasoning but I genuinely am at loss on the accusation.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned because I don't recall ever discriminating anyone nor would i even dream of doing such things.
I believe everyone and every race/sexuality/gender are human and are equal so why would I ever discriminate against that?
I enjoy this server and it brings me a lot of happiness, of which I am sure i bring others happiness on the server.
I have read the rules again and I have completely refreshed my memory of the discrimination act and how it isn't tolerated which im on board with.
I just want to hopefully play with my friends again and have a good time after we put these accusations to bed.

I don't believe this evidence is me discriminating in any way shape or form, this guy was giving us grief but I barely spoke in that video and you can hardly hear me. There wasn't just me in that scenario so im guessing you're pinning every word spoken on me?

 
In the beginning i said "You look like a pussy" then when the guy is on the ground dead after being ran over by a locals car I say "you shut up now you pussy" this was after this guy was giving us so much hate and calling us all sorts.

Also the video evidence provided by this guy has been heavily edited, he has edited out the abuse he was giving me. so unless there is a clear unedited video of the whole scenario then i genuinely believe my ban is unfair. If you seen an unedited video you would understand my reaction which was calling him a pussy twice. He has edited the video to make me look way worse than the actual situation was.

Right, to start with, calling someone a "pussy" in RP is not an issue. Our issue is with the use of a homophobic slur and a racial slur used in the video. Can you explain these?

 
I did call him a pussy but no homophobic or racial slur came out of my mouth that’s a promise I also would like to add again that I was not the only one in this scenario so I hope that what is heard in the video isnt all reflecting on me. 
I admit I called him a pussy twice but that's it, as you can hear from my voice I was busy eating during this whole thing so I literally barely said anything.
Even now I am very well aware the consequences of these actions I am being accused of so this will never happen from me.
And on my behalf I apologise for calling the guy a pussy.

Tell me the word you used on the 4th second of the video. Quote me exactly what you said before the video cut to the next clip

 
I said “you look like a pussy” as you can hear I had half a sandwich in my mouth as I was talking (gross I know) but could I please just clarify as I’ve just seen this guys report again, I didn’t call this guy a ‘paki’ this character is very clearly a white male so why and where would I have pulled a racial slur as an insult when he is very very clearly a white male.

Right, I have looked back over the footage with the staff member that banned you for it. We are somewhat convinced that you said some things that you should have, BUT we both do not feel as though this is concrete enough to warned this ban. For that reason, I will go ahead and unban you. Please know that if you did say something dodgy, you got lucky this time. On the other hand, if you genuinely didn't then please please accept our apology. I hope you understand that when provided with evidence we have to act, on occasion we get it wrong. This ban will be disregarded completely, so it will no count towards any future bans or warnings etc.
