In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Im sorry but 1 month just to appeal again i personally do not find fair because me doing this really proves how much i just want to play the server as i love doing after work to chill and enjoy my time. I cant be bothered waiting a month just to loose all my hard work because ive made a mistake which no one has explained or even given a warning about, just a straight perm ban is so harsh. I logged off after flying out of my window screen in a rush to get back to my apartment and log off as i needed to log off because my grandads funeral was in the morning. I swear to god i didn't know logging off when downed (on my own, hadn't alerted the NHS) was against the rules. I think you can understand why i was in a rush ive done it lots of times and never had a warning lots of people on the server have done it and they are still about, honestly never thought it would be against the rules because the next time i log on ill get treatment then? Thanks for your time

Why should we unban you ?: I was in such a rush to get to bed as i had my Grandads funeral in the morning which is much more important than me quickly running through the rules for something that loads of people do and I've done, and never been warned. I understand you've don't just dish out bans for nothing but maybe a warning is more appreciated? I am not at all being rude to you by any means, i have full respect for the staff but i had to log off and i genuinely did not know that it was against the rules as it doesn't affect anyone else's experience as i was on my own. In a month i would have lost all my hard worked stuff after the endless amount of hours you can see I've put in, over me not knowing a rule, just to get to bed for my grandads funeral which only happens once. Tonight was a perfect night to play and one i was relying on taking my mind of it all. If we could sort this now rather than a month i would greatly appreciate it, because i need to play and to have all that work taken away from me just to attend my grandads funeral with a fresh mind in a morning. Thanks for your time and please think about it now if we can.

Interesting, I find this very fair considering every player on the server receives the same punishment. You are not exempt from this.

If you "Can't be bothered" then you need not appeal again if you don't wish to, but the cooldown will remain in place.
You're not going to lose all of your hard work, only time away from the server. A straight ban is not harsh, it's listed on the server rules which you had agreed to reading upon creating your character so you've had plenty of warning about combat logging.

I might add, you've been warned before considering I unbanned you last month for combat logging again.

Yet in your last 2 appeals you told us your game crashed, so why did you lie to us to begin with? It's not helped your appeal process whatsoever.

You've been a member of this community since 2022, there's no way you wouldn't be aware of the combat logging rules. 
Even with your circumstances, you had made no attempt to alert staff you needed to log out whilst downed awaiting a medic.

If you appeal again before 09/02/2024, you will receive another month cooldown on top of this.
You've already been banned previously for combat logging, you're not new to this rule.
