In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I get the whole ban appeal 1 month cool down but I've been banned for my pc crashing for a long time and its something i couldn't help. How can i possibly prevent that.

Why should we unban you ?: Because it crashed i think i should be aloud on straight away because there's nothing I could do and I've been banned for it for a long time and I really enjoy my nights playing.

I need to send you the video I got of it when it happened to prove it.

Hello @JayS07, I hope all is well!

As stated to you in the previous appeal, honesty is the best policy within this community. We have very detailed logs and do not push bans for no reason at all.
You were downed, and willingly disconnected 4 seconds later for some unknown reason. 
Further to this, there was not a single attempt to reconnect to the server or alert anyone. As previously stated, you'll be welcomed to re-appeal this ban on 09/02/2024.
