Ban ID: I'm banned from the discord, so I cannot check my Ban ID, my discord however is 'jugginjs'

Reason given for your ban: I believe I was banned for 2 days originally for failed RP, I then at the time asked them if they are banning me for 2 days for that they should perm ban me, in which they did

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for failed RP (not acting out my injuries after waking up from hospital and fighting within the 15min time frame after just waking up from the hospital. This ban was supposed to be a 2 day ban as it was a first offense I believe they told me (they tp'd me to the skys with them). I then in the heat of the moment told them if they are gonna ban me for 2 days for that they may as well perm ban me as I am no longer gonna be playing that city if thats the case.

Why should we unban you ?: At the time I wasn't thinking straight and was acting out of anger as this was my first situation where I was getting banned in RP, I understand I should of just dealt with the 2 day ban and moved on as it really wasn't worth it and I did enjoy playing the server for the time I was there. I understand that Failed RP is a big thing in RolePlay UK and that it shouldn't be done as you want the role play standards to be kept high and for everyone to get some proper rp out of the city. Since this ban I have had time to reflect on my actions and understand what real RP is all about, so I ask you guys to give me a second chance so I can get back to doing what I enjoy best which is RolePlaying.

Why not mention the part where you were throwing abuse towards staff? Surely that would be reasonable to include in your appeal?

Yes, I believe that was more me ranting in the discord server chat, because at the time like I said I wasn't thinking straight and was just in my own world at the time, unsure to exactly what I said, but it was quiet toxic at the time, that's why I got banned from the discord, but if we are strictly talking about my ban from the fiveM server, it was originally a 2 day ban for Fail RP I believe, in which I got myself perm banned as I told the staff they may as well perm ban me as I won't be playing that city anymore if I'm getting banned for that, in which they did. But since my ban, I've had a few months to reflect on my actions and understand how serious FailRP is and what impact it can have on a RP server. I'd also like to apologize for how I reacted after getting banned e.g the toxicity in the discord which further led to me being banned from the discord. Like I've stated, It was in the heat of the moment, I understand where I've gone wrong and messed up, I kindly ask you guys access the situation and hopefully I can be spared a second chance and we can move on from this.

Right, after looking at your record and how you have been whilst both on the server and off I don't feel comfortable unbanning you at this time.
You don't seem to understand the severity of throwing abuse against staff who are not only here voluntarily but are also only doing it to make the community better.

That said your appeal will be denied and you will receive a 3-month cooldown until you can appeal again (06/12/23).
