Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: After looking at the code given it states i have transfered money between a character? i have not played for about a year and literally signed in a few days ago for first time since to check if i still had my car etc. my friend who plays regualar asked if i would like to join him today as he needs to pay his tax on house and this is when i first became aware of this ban?

Why should we unban you ?: I feel i play a fair game and never have i been banned on a roleplay server in my life before. If i have broken any kinda rule it is not by purpose and is definatly a misunderstanding from my behalf. sorry in advance look to hear from you soon.

So you didn't do it on purpose? How do you know if you don't know what you did? You play a fair game do you? Would you like to explain how you magically transported a car that you owned on one character to the other character that you have whilst still playing this "fair game" that you speak of?

What was the reason you decided to break this rule? 

More so did you read the rules prior to this happening, If not can you explain why?

 
At the time of breaking the rule I didn't know I had broken a rule as ill be honest i never read the rules, this was my first ever roleplay server I had ever played in my life and my thinking was being told I had to change to a new character by admins for a name change I would also be allowed to start with the car I had worked for before hand. Since this happening a year ago when I first joined I know the rules of the server pretty well, as you may be able to see I've never broken one since then. 

I apologise for not reading rules prior to first joining and can assure you it would never happen again.

 
If given a chance what sort of roleplay do you wish to bring to the server? 

 
I want to bring a positive attitude and work towards becoming a mechanic, one thing I have never experienced is a real job on the server. So I'm looking forward to the challenge and possibilities of different roleplay situations.

G2.9 Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

This rule is in place to stop people getting an advantage on other players, an example of this would be making a character to use at the casino hit a few spins and if you win transferring it to your main character. So this rule is in place on the server to combat this strategy some players may abuse

Can I please stress that my actions leading to my ban were 100% not intentional as without prior knowledge of roleplay servers before with roleplay.co.uk being my first experience. The car I transferred to a friend and then brought back to my new character was about a year ago when I first started playing. I had since then only ever worked on my new character and worked hard and fair without breaking any rules.

Again I'm deeply sorry for my actions at the very beginning and have read the rules thoroughly to make sure I don't get banned again if you accept my appeal.

 
From looking over you do have a better understanding of the rule as a whole. Have you read all the GTA and Community rules fully outside of the one you broke?

Now in relation to your appeal, I'm willing to offer you another chance however this does come at a price in a sense. You broke this rule by transferring a vehicle cross your characters so this wasn't gained legitimately on your other character, It would only be fair that you do not keep said vehicle due to how it was obtained on your other character. So with this chance comes with the vehicle being removed from your other character. Do you agree to this?

 
Yes I agree to the terms of said vehicle being removed. I am also very knowledgeable of all the gta and community rules and would like to thankyou for the opportunity of regaining my place back on the server.

 
After talking with others and also looking at all the vehicles you own on your 'Jay' character, I'll somewhat change the stance with the vehicles overall. You have three vehicles in total one being the vehicle gained from transferring between characters. Overall for this rule break we do wipe the entire character so as mentioned I'll change the stance and if agreed we will remove all three vehicles on this character. So it will be the one used by transferring and the other two "One being the starter vehicle" as a punishment for breaking such a rule. Do you agree to this?

 
That kinda hits hard after being offered to have the said 1 vehicle in question of breaking the g.29 rule being offered earlier? Because as you will notice by looking at my other car (not the starter car) I worked hard legitimately for that and that's like my pride and joy on the server. Sorry I feel that is unfair from my prospective seeing as I was already offered a deal earlier and my ban was not intentional at all. It was literally my first time playing a roleplay server and I made a mistake because I was ordered to change my character because of a name change. 

 
Indeed, I do understand this however with this rule we do normally wipe entire characters. In this case it will fall on all vehicles you own on that character due to breaking the rule as a whole. As mentioned this was discussed and decided after talking to other staff members just before my last response. As mentioned it will be all three vehicles and then we will move forward with the unban. 

Whilst yes you may have worked hard for the other vehicle you own, You did indeed break a rule more so cheat your way to getting the one vehicle, This is why it did change to all three vehicles over just the one mentioned above. As I've mentioned if you agree with that then we will move forward once they have been removed. 

 
This has been completed and all vehicles have been removed. As mentioned we will move forward and issue you with an unban. I would suggest overall to make sure you have read up on our GTA and Community rules moving forward so you are aware of them prior to rejoining the server. 

I do hope with this opportunity it has been a learning experience and that you don't return to the appeals section moving forth, Don't let me down and welcome back!
