Why do you think you were banned: i used a word that is deemed discriminative it may not be the word but yes was adapted to sound similar

Firstly i would like to apologise for adapting the use of a word that would still come under the same bracket and be offensive and discriminative to others, and i should not have done it i was having a joke with a group of friend which i know would not have found it offensive in the slightest which im sure many people in life have a joke with there friends albeit i should not have done that and can only express my sincere apologies.

But also i do feel like i have been targeted from the report that Omar put up in a act of revenge, there is a tit for tat with gangs and reports, i tend not to report people as i don't feel the need to as im here to roleplay and have fun, i simply put up my POV and then got targeted.

I would also like to add that being now classed as a racist is actually a joke, i would fully understand if i was going up to people and calling them racial slurs or being homophobic. Do i regret what i said of course i do and would i have done it to anyone else on the server of course not, ballas neighbours
is common term used within the community and yes i agree i did overstep the mark and made a stupid mistake, like im not going to sit here and say im perfect of course im not, but ultimately have spent a lot of time on the server and would like to continue over the last few days i have thought about my actions and yes im disgusted about what i have done and can once again only apologise again. I can also add that i wont be making these joke or saying anything in a discriminative way again.

Hello @Jay Small , I hope all is well other than the above.

I've had a look into your record and stumbled across 2 bans & 8 warnings which is excessive in my opinion.
One of these warnings was recently added on there by myself which you're aware of, for C1.2 - Now I find you on the forums banned for this exact rule.

Granted they're different words entirely you've used, but they both fall under the same rule code.
You knew what you were doing, you knew what you were saying and you also know that the word is not tolerated here hence using a similar word to bypass it.

For now, we're not ready to entertain this appeal.
