Reason given for your ban: C1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe i was banned because of a situation that happend in-game over a year ago. From what i remember i said something foul to someone and got banned.

On the other hand, the discord ban is linked to what happend in-game because as soon as i got banned in-game i decided to go on discord to try and explain myself but the staff team did not like that so they quickly banned me.

Why should we unban you ?: Looking back at what i did, I really do not see my self doing anything like that ever again. I took a long break to reflect on what i did and i wanted to figure out why i did it. Like i stated before i plan to come back to this community with a new approach to how I roleplay in this community. I also took this time to re-read the rules several times to make myself familiar with the rules and the expectations in this city.
I would like to apologise again for anything bad i did in this city, and apologise to all the staff team for my wrong behaviour that happend quite some time ago.

Upon looking into the game ban this is for C1.3 and C1.2 within discord. Can you explain the game ban you received? 

Is being discriminatory common for yourself in day to day activities? 

You mention you have a new approach to roleplay, Can you elaborate more on this for us please?

Hi Stuart, 

I hope your day is going good.. 

I got banned for this reason, '' You was arguing with people OOC and being rude to others despite being told to stop you carried on and then decided to start calling people "Nonces"  ''  At that time i had trouble thinking before speaking however, from this long break i taught myself to think before i say anything. I can assure you my bad behaviour and  being discriminatory is in the past.  I had bad anger issues as well but i can't blame it on that because it's not an excuse, for me it was the little things really annoyed me  for some odd reason. For example, when i used to do something in game and people obstructed me I went on a rampage with bad language.

Nowadays this isn't me because i really learnt how to control myself in these type of situations. I also feel like I grown more as a person and  i'm a lot more positive so i hope to pass that good energy on to other people. As for the new approach to roleplay I plan to take it slow at the beginning, because before i thought it was a competition and i was trying my hardest to become rich etc. Now I will sail the boat with the things i already have and take it eazy.  I also wanted to develop my character more in the city by making myself more involved in rp scenarios and stories than just grinding 24/7 ..

I really hope you guys take this into consideration.

You mention you had anger issues, If this is a factor how can we be sure it wouldn't be an issue moving forth should we give you another chance? 

Lets say you are in a situation and someone is trying to get you to snap in a sense, How would you handle this?

As you will be aware we have an OOC chat in game. Can you explain the purpose behind this and when it is to be used?

When i was reading the rules i came across this.

(G2.6) [SIZE=medium]OOC Help - OOC chat is for help only, extended OOC interactions are forbidden.[/SIZE]

OOC chat can only be used help. This is to prevent from people having conversations or any ''extended OOC interactions'' . This rule is good because it prevents people from moving away from IC into OOC. This rules makes sure that people are always in character, unless they need help of course. Also if other people see it and it floods their chat, people won't be able to see /me's or any important broadcast messages. Also using it to complain is not allowed because you have the forums to report people on.

I would only use OOC if i have to. For example, I have a problem with my game and i have to notify the people in the roleplay scenario.

After looking over this fully and what you've mentioned to myself also, I'm happy to give you another chance. Now if you do get another ban for C1.2 your chances of returning will be slim at best as this type of behaviour isn't tolerated. I would suggest if you haven't already then to read over our community rules so you are aware of them moving forth same as you have with the GTA Rules. 

This is your golden opportunity to show us that you are here for the right reasons. You've mentioned you wish to be more involved in RP situations moving forth, I look forward to seeing this. I do hope overall you don't let me down with this opportunity and that I don't see you returning to this section again. I've issued an unban from discord and in game.
