Reason given for your ban: g2.9 and g5.7

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am very new to the role play community and this is my first time being banned. I fully understand the reasons behind my ban , as my actions would have lead to me gaining an unfair advantage over other people in the city.

Why should we unban you ?: Hi,

I'm hopping to come back to role play as I've token some time away from the role play to try out other servers to see how they work and wanting to come back to this server as i have a great in depth of knowledge now and want to make my character a well known person and work my way up though the community. I'm really sorry and hoping to come back, I've gone over the rules again so i have a good in depth of knowledge on this servers rules as well.

Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes

following Siren last message to me that I miss I was banned for going to the casino and making money with out having a decent story line towards my character. the rule i have broke are  g2.9 and g5.7 I'm sorry I will not do it again I was new to roleplay then I'm hoping you can give me another chance. ♥

Hi, 

What I did wrong was I didn't have a storyline toward my character, I never went to the waypoint that was on my GPS I went right to the casino  to gamble my money.  When I was spoken to I Knew then what I did wrong I explain to them that I was new and just getting to grips of this they said it was fine but they had to ban me as its part of the rules and have to be fair to everyone, which I fully understand. I've gone away and been in a couple of other servers and gained some better knowledge and was hoping to come back and build a better storyline towards my new character.   

the rules I broke was 

g2.9 Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

g5.7 Character Growth - Your character should have long term growth. Your character should not join our server on creation and instantly be a millionaire crime lord. All characters should grow into their roles – initially starting off with few resources and knowledge of the city.

I understand why these rules are in the city to make it fair and equal with everyone else in the city and people can't just get a upper hand agents others.

Are you aware these types of bans come with;

  • Deletion of all characters, except one of your choosing


    Complete wipe for the character that you've choose to keep


    (Houses, Vehicles, Bank Balance, Cash in Hand, Inventory etc)







And do you agree with these?

 
hi,

Yes i'm aware I was told that when i was last in the city before i got banned. i'm fine with losing all my characters and starting again as i didn't get far on any and would like a fresh start on all and i have a better knowledge now.

Just to confirm you would rather have all characters deleted over keeping one? No issue doing this but I want to make 100% sure this is what you mean.

 
No problem, I will go ahead and delete all characters. I will say when we talked on the day about the ban you did understand why, I do remember you saying to me that you didn't read the rules fully then. Since the ban have you taken the time to read over all the rules, The GTA and Community ones to have a better understanding of all of them?

 
Good to hear! Based on how you we're when we talked and understanding of the rules now I'm happy to give you another chance. As agreed on all characters have been deleted so you will need to make a new character upon joining back, I do hope overall I don't see you return to this section moving forth!
