Unban Appeal for JamesShaw

Reason given for your ban: G1.2 (RDM)
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for a situation that occurred at the Prison in which I shot at a G6 officer. We had been called by someone in Vagos explaining that there was a problem with a G6 officer, I went up by myself as others went to Sandy Hospital to check someone in. Whenever a situation like this happens the most common spot to shoot from is the rooftop near the canteen in which I was located on. As the said person came over to the bins which can be searched the G6 officer downed him in 3 Punches. At that point I had shouted over the radio he just got beat up with Knuckle Dusters. The same G6 officer then downed another person at the same time. As he was standing over their bodies I shot at him. I didn't down him but that doesn't change the severity of what I did. I had not said anything to the G6 officer due to the distance and left it up to the vagos member inside to tell him off the situation he was about to put himself in. However as I said that is my fault not his, it is my responsibility to provide high quality RP at all time especially from a Whitelisted gang.
Why should we unban you ?: I understand I have a long rap sheet of bans and warnings and for that I can only apologize. Alot of staff will be hesitant to unban me for that reason, despite this I still want to prove I can provide great roleplay to the people in the server. In addition to this, the quality of roleplay in this server is too a much higher standard compared to other servers which are mainly focused on fragging. Since my last unban I have done alot more in the city, I have made a large amount of friends and overall become a better roleplayer. For the situation at the prison I can only say it was piss poor rp from my side and not something to be proud of or boast about. I genuinely do want to come back to the server. I was still under FBS for my ban and got banned right at the end due to my stupid actions that landed me in this position, however whether under FBS or not it should never have got to that scenario. I know crim update is coming up and would love to grind and be a apart of that. Given I was to get unbanned I wouldn't be in this same situation again. Now I know that everyone says this however actions speak louder than words and this is something that I would like to prove. I have two characters both of which have very different rp stories and I believe it would be a loss to the city if they wouldn't to make a return.
As I have already said I can only apologize for my idiotic actions that ruined another persons rp. I am fully aware of my history and not proud of the mistakes I have made, for this I only hope that staff can look pass this and give me another chance.
