Reason given for your ban: c 1.6

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to being involved in a group who at the time insulted staff and management and got mass banned

Why should we unban you ?: I appealed my ban nearly 4 months ago and Charles Vane told me to wait till my 6 months banned date and I believe I'm passed that now, I believe that all my childish behaviour from the past was unacceptable and should of never been put into the community and I would like to apologise for everything i did back then from the joining in on unacceptable behaviour , to throwing a childish hissy fit , to giving irl friends my in game name to go and mess around on the server , like I said I've grown up since then and heavily apologise for everything in the past and just ask for a new start with the staff team and community, if let back i would never show signs of childish behaviour again as I have grown past that and know i will be on a 1 life chance in this community again which I will cherish, here is a link to my previous unban appeal. https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/135405-unban-appeal-jamesricci_unban-gta-rp/

thank you for replying , at the time I was being childish but since then I've grown up realised my wrongs and also missed the community and the friends I made during the time I was in the RPUK community. Like I said I want to apologise to everyone affected by my childish behaviour back then and hope you guys will give me a second chance.   

 
What did you do in the time since you were banned? Are you still in contact with the people you surrounded yourself with at the time?

In the time i was gone i worked a lot irl , worked on and opened my own 100k or die server and played and still do play No pixel public , and to answer your 2nd question no i do not i stayed in contact with them people for less than a month after my ban and after that haven't spoke to any of them since. Like I said I want to apologise to everyone i hurt or effecting back then with my childish plans , i have plans for if you allow me to return which include bringing the RPUK racing scene alive as that's what i enjoyed about my time in no pixel and would love to bring a racing scene to this community , i plan to leave my past in the past and never act in such a childish manner again if given a golden chance

Like I've been saying I apologise for my past childish behaviour , i should of never of done that nor should the people I effected with my actions should of gone through what i did , i heavily regret everything i did that day , I've missed this community and in my time away realised how much this community meant to me, In my time away ive took time to grow up and not act like a child, if i was given this 1 golden chance i would never hurt this community or mess up again , knowing the consequences of i would never be back for good, im coming back with a fresh , grown up mindset and the communities best interests in mind, would like to also re state the group i was involved in  i have not been with for over 5 months now.

I understand you guys work really hard to provide a safe and fun space for people to play rp and no ones irl life should be attacked or photo shared that was a very stupid childish act of mine which to this date I regret very much , since then I've owned my own server and realised what its actually like to run a community, and would like to sincerely apologise for all the stress, grievance and trouble I caused. 

it would be my honour to be hopefully allowed back in this community, remeet friends from the past and have 1 finally chance to prove myself to be a member of the rpuk community  

 
I don't really feel like you answered samantha question from before. Why come back? Where did you go after here? Why aren't you still there?

im sorry for not being clear, im back due to regretting my actions from 6 months ago , i tried to appeal nearly 4 months ago but was told to wait till 6 months so here i am again and ive missed the community, im in twitch chats all the time chilling and it made me miss the friends and community i had.

after rpuk i started playing 100k or die fivem servers, created and made my own 100k or die server, had to step away due to irl problems with family and working overtime, around end of October i started playing no pixel, made friends , joined a MC ( BBMC Bondi Boys ) and be came high ranking, i am still a player of no pixel on my weekends off from irl work

but something was always missing and that was being back in rpuk, i made so many friends and memories in this community and ever since have regretted my childish actions to harm this amazing uk community, started watching roleplay.co.uk streams again , contacting old friends on discord and i just miss my time here, if i was given a final chance i would cherish it and never harm this community or there members again      

 
It's been flagged by several concerned parties since the departure of most of the Ballas members that were banned that day about the activities of the members of your group that we generally view as subpar and otherwise shite. You specifically were using intel gathered on your police CID character John Bridges and passing that information to Ballas members and leadership. Why?

Can I please ask you to elaborate, I can't tell if you're trying to accuse that I used police info on my James Ricci character (character separation)  , John bridges gave info to ballas members (corrupt police officer) or telling them ooc information about my police character.

I remember roleplaying John Bridges as your traditional corrupt officer , he was often paid a nice sum of money to turn a blind eye, see if people had warrants or every now and then release a gun that was seized off them, he did this for multiple groups across the city including the lost , the triads , the vagos and the ballas and multiple other groups if the money was right, which the connections he built organically through arrests or active crime scenes. He also went through a suspension and investigation for being corrupt by police command at the time and passed and was granted back to work.

I never bought any police information over to James Ricci to help the gangs he was involved in, every now and then there would be ooc conversations in discord calls as multiple of us had both police and crim characters but I personally never brought that information into the city as James Ricci.

My plans if I was aloud to return is to not use my police character as he is no longer part of the PD due to 6 months inactivity and completely focus on my James Ricci Character.

 
I do question how much "growing up" you can do in 6 months. Going from someone who decided to leave by posting a picture of a member of the community and saying "fuck you all" to this apparent golden child who has completely changed and regrets everything. Just because 6 months have passed doesn't mean you will be given another chance. 

Simply put, I ain't convinced on your replies and quite frankly I don't think you have "changed" enough to excuse your actions.
Let's see how grown up you can be for next couple of months before you try and appeal again. I won't be forum restricting you so let's see if you can behave yourself on the forums for a bit before I consider unbanning you from the server.
