In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I'm not sure if I've been banned but I get an error everytime I try join the discord as I want to play GTA 5 RP which I haven't played before from my memory, however I used to play back in the days of 2016 so I may have been banned on discord then? It just gives me "Whoops there was an error" and won't let me join

Why should we unban you ?: Not sure if I've been banned so can't give a reason?

Indeed you have been banned from our discord server. Can you remember anything you was doing on your discord account around April this year?

Yes I can! I don't know if this means I got banned from the GTA 5 RP server too? (I hope not) but from what I think it could be is that I got hacked on discord and that spam botted every server/friend on my discord so that may have been the reason for advertising/scam links? If that isn't the reason then I have no clue and I can't necessarily prove this other than an email when I finally recovered my account and from when I had a ticket with metamask around april as I lost a few funds in the process of this hack. My account was compromised between the dates of April 21st - May 2nd.
