Why do you think you were banned: combat logging
Why should we unban you: i was drivng my car back to the church to park it up so i could fly out due to the fact it was around 5am and i couldnt physically stay awake any longer. so when i died due to falling asleep in my chair i just logged out of the game to go to bed. at no point was i thinking about rp i was genuinely just wanting to go to my bed i just remember turning the pc off and going to bed. i woke up the next day oblivious to the fact i had done anything wrong because the way i saw it at the time i was turning off for the night like i do with any other game. only now do i see the mistake i made and it was combat logging even though i wasnt actively in any form of combat. i sincerely apologise for my actions and i know for the future to not sign out until im safely parked up and alive. i really enjoyed playing your server and hope i can come back. i totaly understand what i did wrong now but at the time i did it due to my tiredness and not for any reason to save gear or anything like that. i apologise again and hope you can consider allowing me to come back to the city.

What were you doing up until the moment where you fell asleep in front of your PC, which resulted in your character dying?
Furthermore; If you were THAT tired, why were you still on the server?

i believe i was literally just chilling with the rising sons down at the dock before that due to a couple of them being on american time zone i stayed up to play with them ithen got really tired nd was driving to the church to log off and decided to just go to sleep when i crashed to be really honest and traansparent with you i cant remember exactly what we were doing that night but i was just some genuine chill stuff due to the time it was we just had a laugh and chilled out. im sorry i cant provide more of an answer as this was a month ago i just know there was no combat involved or anything like that.
 
Please quote me the rule C2.3, explain it in your own words and what would happen if it was not in place. What advantages do you think you could have from logging out while incapacitated and what other steps could you have taken to ensure you are not breaking a rule?
 
its basically where if you die and it doesnt matter what it is that kills you you must no matter what wait for ems or for your bleedout timer to expire. i understand that this is infact exploiting as you are essentialy giving yourself another chance. the steps i could have taken would have been to wait for my timer to expire or been rescued by a passerbye/nhs. i wasnt thinking about it like that due to being so tired i was just focused on getting off and going to my bed. i understand why i was banned for sure after the fact i now realise i obviously broke the rule C2.3 but i wasnt thinking at the time and i apologise for my actions.
 
So it was in the middle of the night, correct? What other advantage could you have had logging back in in the middle of the day?
 
yeah it was around 4.30 am maybe 5. Probably the fact that there would have been more NHS on. i totaly understand now that i was in the wrong but i was only interested in going to sleep not saving my mobile my radio and maybe a pistol i cant remember i do now see the error in my actions but it was a mistake i made not thinking due to being so tired i had just put like 19 hours into the game that day im sorry
 
Very well.

I am willing to give another chance. Any ban within the next 6 months will however be permanent again and you will find yourself having a much more difficult time getting unbanned again. Your inventory was wiped and you are to treat this death as if you have bled out and adhere to NLR.
