In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hi guys, this is my second appeal. Would just like to take time to thank Charles Vane for giving me a chance to re-appeal on this date, and also like to thank Ram, for having a TS conversation with me shortly after, just so I could clear some stuff up, as well as even hearing me out too, since at the time I was in a pretty bad headspace, and I explained I'm not brilliant at writing, however, I'm just gonna give it a big go.
Like Charles said I'm just going to own up and take responsibility for what I done. I'm not going to lie, I wasn't trying to pretend I wasn't to know what I done (as I explained to Ram) but as spoke about it more, I finally remembered and just felt like a pure dumbass after application was denied. What I did was, on a character that I no longer played on, Philip Jackson, I sold his property and took the money and put it in a storage container. Because it was an apartment think it was around 40-50k. I'm not sure what I was thinking in all honesty since it's cash that I would easily catch with fishing on my main character Austin Nolan, aswell as working at Auto Exotic. It was just a stupid mistake, where I took that money, and just put it in the casino to try and get more money. Which is even more pointless really.
I'm not even like big on the casino like that. Austin Nolan was a pretty casual character, and would use it most of the time just to have interactions with people and to unwind with what was going on last year, and I never really was even that money focussed to begin with. But like I said I made a pretty stupid mistake.
The rule I broke is (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method. I know its a very serious rule break, and I know the admins work very hard to keep the economy stable, and I would like to personally apologize to everyone about what I have done.
Why should we unban you ?: I believe you should unban me since of course this is my first rule break, but you definitely won't see me in this place again. I tried other servers on FiveM over the time I was away, and attempted at making several characters, to see what type of roleplay I really would like to follow, instead of just playing casually. I would love to go down the MC/Lawyer/Gang pathways, and I know RPUK can offer me the number 1 roleplay experience for it since other servers just feel so unorganized next to it. I understand with this punishment all characters are wiped as well and I accept the consequences. I think you should unban me too since I believe some of the pathways I have planned will definitely bring a better experience to RPUK . I was already involved in a lot of RP beforehand, with AE and Lucky Plucker, but I definitely want to branch down my own route too. I have friends who are also on the server that I miss alot. I took a step back for a while though, made sure I was ib the right headspace too, having a bit of a discord cleanse and just working on my uni projects, focussing on myself and just staying positive really, hoping to come back here. If I come across any other exploits/cheats or know of any bugs I will open a ticket on discord straight away or report it here on the forums, to let someone know. If you were to wipe all my characters too, could I request you clear my tweedle accounts too, just because I think I made the max accounts on that too, too truly start fresh if you gave me the opportunity. You can see I have also followed application rules and such like that and I hope you can take me seriously as I do not try and bump the thread or tried to apply earlier than the set date by Charles Vane.
I have re-read the rules over again, to make sure I would not break any in the near future again.
Like I said, I want to thank everyone at RPUK and can't say sorry enough and hope you give me another chance! Sorry if there's any grammar mistakes
