Reason given for your ban: "Illegal Client"

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was playing at the casino, wanted to try it. So i drove there, walked in, tried my luck first on slots, didnt like it.
Then i went over to the blackjack tables, first i bought some chips from the woman that sells them.
When i was at the blackjack tables they werent there. So i restarted and connected again. Started playing and as soon as i placed my bet my game froze.
I reconnected but then i was banned for "illegal client"

Why should we unban you ?: It was a faulty ban, i got banned for illegal client.
I know this server requires "pure mode" and i had pure mode on 99% sure because my fivem client restarts always when i start the server.
If i've done anything wrong it was not on purpose.

No i'm so sorry, i recently just started on the server, i just recently got back into FiveM and i havent setup my playback device yet. 

I wish i had it but didn't even think about it. Just been driving around taxi didn't think i would need it yet until i actually gather up some money to buy a truck and so on.
