In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was RPing as pilots with my friend and he ended up crashing the plane and i died and i cant honestly cant remember why i just ended up turning my pc off after i had died but if i hadnt i litreally wouldve just respawned and i didnt even care about nhs coming to get me as i didnt even have anything valuable on me probably just like some food thats litreally it so i wasnt even trying to exploit the nhs timer restart thing all i did was come off wich i wish i didnt because now im banned and im regretting it so much and i remember the next day i was being questioned i just stated i was bored as i really didnt know what to say and i was quickly put on the spot and was kinda stuttering but i wish you couldnt of belived me i swear to god it was not intentional and im begging to get unbanned. thank you

Why should we unban you ?:  I feel I should be unbanned due to the fact there wasn’t a reason for me to combat log as I was only with my friend and it was not intentional to exploit the reset of the nhs timer and death timer and I didn’t have anything valuable on me anyway at the time when I died so I wouldn’t of cared and I wouldve of just got the nhs to get me or just respawned and the only person who knew I died was obviously my friend so it wasn’t like I was getting robbed and logged so I didn’t loose my items as that would of been intentional and a reason to combat log which and I would've understood if you banned me and it would’ve been good on the admins as I would’ve been runining a good Rp scene, and as I said again I wasn’t in any rp scene anyway I was just with my friend in a plane what crashed and died with nothing valuable on me and I would’ve just respawned or got nhs to get me but I just turned my pc off as I had to go afk then eventually just came off. So please consider unbanning me as I 100% of the time play the server properly as I do own cars guns and more so I know what I’m doing and love to play the server and I’m not a Danny who has no clue what he’s doing and I know I made a mistake, please take everything I said into consideration and please unban me as I love playing the server and it also has an effect on my friend as he’s now demotivated to play as I’m not there. Thank you

firstly I'm not gunna lie to u, this happened ages ago an tbh i cant even remember what happened but im pretty sure i didnt say i died to a glitch i said i was glitched ontop of the roof of a building and the reason i lied is just because the ems wasnt able to get me cuz i remember they were just sat below me for ages trying to figure out a way to get me so i just called for an admin saying i glitched up there which was a lie at the time but i just said it just to speed things up basically and save the ems driver time .

If you can't follow our forum rules, how can I trust you to follow our in-game / community rules? 
Not only did you misused the report system that we've on our forums, but you also bumped your appeal, why? 
Followed by you messaging staff about your appeal, I shall ask you once again, why? 

This makes me want to deny your appeal and have you try again this time following the rules. 
Convince me otherwise. 

 
I don’t know what u mean about the report system but the reason I bumped my ticket was I didn’t know it took weeks to reply to unban appeals so I just thought I would say sommin and I honestly didn’t even know bumping a ticket was a thing that’s why I messaged the staff about to trying to get it overturned cuz I didn’t know about it. and to convince u I’m not gunna sit here here and write a essay begging on why I should be unbanned but I will say I’ve been banned for months now and wanna play again and I know the rules of roleplay in general as I have over a thousand hours of experience on other servers and literally never had any issues and yes I made a mistake on this server and I’ve learned from it honestly .

So, I've looked at your previous appeal for G2.9 & C2.2 where you stated "Yes I have read the rules fully sorry". Is this true? If it isn't, why did you lie on your previous appeal?




 
yes i did state state in my last appeal quite long ago that I did read all the rules and i obviously do know all the main basic rules and mostly everyone single other one but the way I got banned this time was obviously not intentional like I was trying to get banned and break the rules on purpose it was just an honest mistake which I know I will 100% not make again .

I'd go as far as stating that Combat Logging is one of the most basic rules. It has a lengthy explanation of what it is, and details each situation where you cannot disconnect from the server. I don't buy it, considering you lied to Staff about how you died.

 
the combat logging really wasnt intentional, it was litreally just me and my mate messing around and we died and it was a bit late so I just literally came off and I didn't have anything on me which was valuable so it wasn't like I was doing it to try and keep for example guns or cash i litreally had nothing and we wasnt in any type of rp scenario like in a big shootout or being water dumped something serious like that literally the only person who knew I died was my mate and I just had to come off so I just turned my pc off. i would understand if i had guns and very expensive things on me for example a police chase that i knew i was getting away from and combat logged there i wouldn't expect to get unbanned. u just gotta give me a chance to prove myself that what im asking for

So what happens next time that you're in an unreachable location? Will you lie to Staff about how you got there? Do you usually lie so that you don't lose your items?

Whats the steps you'll take going forth?

 
next time i die in a location like that ill just let the timer ride out and just respawn. also like I said I didn't even have anything on me at the time so I really wasn't trying to save my items as i didn't have any.
