Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Not entirely certain, i have read your rules and seen that g2.9 refers to transferring cash/items between characters. i have recently moved a car from my 2nd character to my character that i use all the time. i only had a 2nd character because someone told me that using the name jabroni might be an issue so i made a 2nd character called pikey Mikey, however after asking questions i eventually found out that it wouldn't be an issue so i started using my original acc. at the time of moving the car over i didnt think it would be an issue as it was earned legit, but i do see that the starting cash from the other acc is a gain but im sure i have left the acc with roughly that amount. this has been an honest mistake and can assure that nothing like this will happen again

Why should we unban you ?: Me and my missus (Candy McBoney) have really enjoyed playing on this server and the community it has. I have had zero bad experiences with staff and the roleplay usually is quite good. I would like to continue building on what me and my irl missus have built so far on this server.
this really has been a genuine mistake and i will be more careful going forward in my appeal is accepted

There seems to be a general lack of culpability in this appeal, so let me be clear to give you as best an understanding of your ban and the rule as possible.

You broke G2.9 as you said, by transferring the vehicle from one character to another.

It matters not how much money you left any character with at the end of the transfer, the act of making the transfer is the rule break.

Transferring the vehicle from one character to another also breaks our character separation rule, which is equally as important for you to understand as G2.9.

Can you please find and quote the character separation rule and explain why we have it in place? Hopefully this will give you a greater understanding, making the appeal easier for yourself.

 
Rule G2.9:Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method

I would say the rule is created to prevent an unfair advantage as this could be used to gain money that would not have existed in your characters life . This would be a form exploitation.

As i transferred an item from one to another i would also say this doesn't fall in line with the roleplay experience with each character supposed to be living 2 separate lives not knowing each other having never met 

 
I've misread your request. let me correct

 (G3.5) Character Separation - Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character. Example: Character A is a cop that knows a raid is about to happen on a gang, Character B (same player) is a member of a rival gang. Character B does not know about the raid, Character A is unable to tell someone else to tell Character B about the raid. Character A may not use Character B's vehicles or assets.

As i said previously, the 2 characters i have are 2 separate enteritis living 2 separate live and do not know each other. I have gained an advantage in Jabroni's life using pikeys gains.

I understand that although my reason for creating the second character may feel like i needed to do it and all earning between the both have been made through rp jobs the fact still remains that Jabroni has received something that rightfully is not his

(G5.7) Character Growth - Your character should have long term growth. Your character should not join our server on creation and instantly be a millionaire crime lord. All characters should grow into their roles – initially starting off with few resources and knowledge of the city.

I would suggest this rule also applies to this situation. The result of the situation i found myself in made me create a new life however i did not want to lose my gains, but this has kind of created a get rich quick situation when the loss should have been accepted by me

Given this is a G2.9 ban, we will need to wipe your character (money, inventory, assets etc) to ensure there is no lasting damage to the economy, and delete Mikey Pikey as that is where the vehicle originated from. Do you agree to this?

 
Yes I am more than happy for mikey pikey to be deleted as only created due to possible name issue.

Just confirm I will still have jabroni mcboney and there is no issues with him having the name?

You will retain the character, but as I stated above, he will need to be wiped with all assets being removed, is this wipe of this character something you agree with, along with the deletion of your other character, Mikey Pikey?

 
I think it's rather harsh that I lose everything that I have worked for tbh. 

The situation was not an attempt to cheat but more of a mistake of not reading rules carefully.

I think in fairness the vehicle being would be a fair punishment as over 150k of jabroni money went into it.

However if this is what you feel must be done to allow me and my other half to continue playing then so be it
