In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Because i logged onto the server with the intent to RDM and disrupt the playerbase, afterwards i then made a troll unban appeal. (i did make an izaak_unban account, but i have lost the details for it)

Why should we unban you ?: I would like to be unbanned, as much time has passed since the incident has happened, I have matured as a person and am not immature as i once was. RPUK has had a big impact on the fivem community, as it was, and still is one of the biggest servers out there. I'm looking to get back into fivem as a whole, and this server has good memories for me and what i once created on here. Although the incident was over 2 years ago, and much has changed since then, i feel like i can still get on and enjoy the community as it is now, making an impact and bringing as much good roleplay as i can to the table. I have much experience with fivem servers and roleplaying in general, and i can bring seriousrp onto the server, making friends and mixing with the community well, thus bringing a good experience to everyone around me.

I have thought through my actions and still regret throwing away what i had, and the experiences that i had made playing on the server.

I was banned because me and my friend went into legion square and RDM'd everyone for no reason, we were just bored and decided to go on with the intent to disrupt the playerbase.

Since that event in Legion Square, I have took a break from fivem as a whole, and matured, I've joined the army and have been in for over 2 years now, which has changed me as a person and has made me more responsible and disciplined with my actions. In this time ive focused on myself, and also ran my own gmod community for a while, which has made me realise even more of how my actions affected the playerbase and the community in total. I'm confident in my ability to create good rp experiences and help to better the community.

If i’m being honest, i did it for what was just a cheap laugh at this point, in my eyes i thought that it was funny at the time, but looking back on it now it is a thing that i regret doing and wish that i hadn’t done it. I did it to try and make a memorable moment in the server for my exit, and it was a stupid idea that i shouldn’t have done.

I regret my decision and poor choice that i made, and hope that i can make up for my actions by proving myself on the server if i get unbanned but making the good rp choices and fixing this whole situation.

i have two accounts, i’ll send them both to you as i’m unsure of which one i used last time to play with, the reason i have two is because i have a vac ban for csgo on one of them, so the other one was used for csgo but then it just kind of became my main account so i’m always switching between the two.

My plans are to almost resume where i left off, i’d like to get back into the criminal side of things again and work my way up as being known again amongst the community, bringing good roleplay and good things onto the server.

I’m not sure how i can prove that i intend to roleplay, other than my word and the word of my friends that are playing the server whilst waiting for me to join them.

I can provide many roleplay scenarios that i was apart of, such as setting up many gun deals with the Lost MC, many bank robberies and heists, prison breaks and such. I’ll give an example of when the Lost MC organised through me bringing their shipments of new weapons onto the server, where we had exclusive access to weapons that no others could get hold of from them. I have countless roleplay scenarios with many people from the server that were all done with good intentions and good roleplaying from both parts.

If you require more details about roleplay scenarios i’m more than happy to give them over discord or anything of such. But know that my intentions are good and i wont do anything to harm the server again, im just interested in bringing good roleplay and some fun onto the server

We did all sorts, from gun deals, to drug deals, to bank robberies and kidnappings. We covered everything that really was in the criminal world that was available at the time.

We started off from absolutely nothing and then created a memorable gang and experiences, we took control and created ties with people, giving us the ability to become one of the most known gangs at the time, from this we were able to supply things such as guns, drugs, protection etc to people who weren’t as connected, and also provide more extensive rp for us and others.

i ran midnight club

We had a deal with the Lost MC, where they would supply guns to us, that only we could access, these then would be sold to other criminals and anybody looking to defend themselves, we would also craft guns and sell them onto the playerbase. We were big into buying and reselling weapons, and made lots of money from that.

We also hired people to collect unprocessed drugs for us at a heightened price, making their job legal and safe money, which could then turn into them becoming a lower ranking member of our gang if they showed hard work, loyalty and dedication to us.

I have never duped a weapon or was aware of anybody duping when i was playing, however i do remember it coming into light and came out as evidence that people within the gang were duping, but this was after i had been banned, and i had no knowledge of this and do not support duping in any way shape or form.

The people that got proved to be duping i have cut contact with and do not play with anymore

The leader of the gang wasn't aware that his members were duping. Surely you would have noticed a massive increase in funds at a minimum? I have to say that I find this hard to believe.

Who discovered the duping? why did you decide to make a business out of it and ruin all your hard work building the gang from the ground up as you described? walk me through how it all started. 

On a side note, how come you've decided to place an unban appeal now? what's changed?

I was not aware that people were duping, as far as i’m aware, the guns that were duped were only used for personal gain and not for being sold on the server to other people. I know this because i spoke with them after it happened.

I’m unsure who first discovered the duping that people were doing, all i know is that people admitted to doing it once i got banned and they got found out.

I’ll put it into a different context for how i wouldn’t know about it while it was going on for you. Let’s say I work at a normal company, and i find an unethical way of making money that breaks laws, however it makes me look better at work and feel better about myself, why would i tell my boss about something that’s i criminality and could lose me my job?

Ive decided to make an appeal now, as i feel like enough time has passed since the incident happened and i’d like to get back into the server, as a few of my friends have started playing and i’d like to play it with them.

My relation to oddball is that he was originally one of the founding members of the Midnight Club, however he stopped playing early on into our sessions on the server as he lost interest. I personally have no idea why he was banned, but he was there for the start of midnight club, and definitely wasn’t there for the ending of it.

What steps have you taken to ensure that you won't repeat such behavior in the future? How have you learned from this experience? What led up to the decision of committing this rule break? Im also curious as to why Oddball has a character with the same name as yours (Izaak Sidwells)?

Besides your word, are there any other ways you can think of that demonstrate your intention to engage in roleplay? Have you considered any proactive measures to show us that you wont do the same thing again? Additionally, Have you considered any specific actions or initiatives that you could undertake upon rejoining, should you be unbanned, to actively contribute to its improvement and create a positive environment for all players?

And finaly, allthough you've stated that you have no contact with the people associated with the duping, do you still have any contact with any other Midnight club members? if so who?

What led me up to doing what i did before, was because all of my friends were leaving the server, and i didn’t want to play by myself as i didn’t really fancy making any new friends or starting everything all over again, im a more level headed and responsible person now, so if something like that were to happen then i wouldn’t take drastic measures to make myself or others laugh. I’ve learned that i shouldn’t let the downfall and the upset of others be comedic for me and my friends, rather it is something that should be avoided at all costs.

I have no idea why oddball has a character with the same name as mine if i am being completely honest with you.

Apart from my word i’m honestly not sure what else i can use to demonstrate my ability and intentions to roleplay other than me being on the server and partaking in such actions. I’m going to keep my head low if i get unbanned on the server, and try to make friends with as many people as possible. Creating the best environment for me and everyone around me.

I am still in contact with some of the people from midnight club, such as Movin Dagos, Marcus, Barry Benson and Jason.
