Reason given for your ban: C2.3 Combat Logging

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: It says combat logging, but I am a bit confused as I got given a 24 hour ban for Combat logging then after waiting 24 hours I was permanently banned. I know that I run someone over and did try to resolve it with the person and tried taking to the hospital, but I didn't feel I had logged out during RP especially when it was 10mins after the incident. When I had the 24hr ban I thought it was understandable as it was deserved due to the running over incident, but to my knowledge I really hadn't logged out during RP If I had a little bit more of an understanding of the incident in question I could give more info so I really am sorry.

Why should we unban you ?: I have been really enjoying this server and put hours and hours into creating a roleplay character with a background/story and started understanding the rules more of the server. I have started to develop real bonds on here and was really getting into it. If I was to be unbanned and a little message to say what I had done wrong etc I without a doubt would not ever do it again.

You and your brother/mate had been going around roobing taxi drivers. However, your brother/mate then gets run over, as you've mentioned yourself, and therefore drive a few hundred meters before logging off. Why did you decide to do this? And, have you even read the rule you've been banned for, which explains it?

Thanks for the reply, I decided to drive away from the situation and remained on the side of the motorway for around 5/10mins before logging off. We had already decided this was the last one taxi we was robbing before logging off due to the time and due to a third joining the RP it did long it out quite a bit. I have read and understand the rules but just didn't feel that was the case in this situation and I wasn't 100% sure if it was due to this scenario but now you are telling me its due to this then I totally understand. I was in the wrong and if I was to be given a second chance, I would ensure I wasn't to do this again

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I broke this rule by logging out during RP while my friend was dead and potentially police on route. I believe this rule is in place to keep the RP fair in the server/ community and to make it as enjoyable for everyone as possible.

Seems like you've learned your lesson. So, I'm satisified to unban you, however, it's worth noting, if seen breaking C2.3 again within the next 3 months, then a 3-month cooldown will be applied, before you can appeal your ban.
