Reason given for your ban: (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned due to transferring stuff from one charater to another which i no longer use no more and i forgot about the rule G2.9 as iv not played for a while and was going to be deleting that character

Why should we unban you ?: i belive i should be unbanned as it was a mistake and i wasnt thinking and iv never been warned or kicked prior and this is my first ban within the city and i will learn from my mistake and not do this again and i was trying to make money as iv not played the city for a while and when i came in tonight to get into the server again like i use to be i went to the clothing store as i noticed my outfit was diffrent to when i last played and i was in the middle of changing my outfit and i got robbed from all my items so i tried making money again and i made a stupid mistake which i know i shouldnt of done and it will not happen again and i promise i will follow all the rules

Before I look into this matter any further, let me ask you this:
The criteria for your unban would be as follows:

- Craig Philip Sneesby, character ID 30056
    |_ Deletion of character.

- Craig Sneesby, character ID 22928.
    |_ Full character wipe. (Money, cars, house, storage units etc)


Do you agree to these terms?

The above is how we tackle rule-breaks of this nature, it doesn't guarantee your unban - the success of your appeal depends entirely on whether or not I, or anyone else have further questions or concerns; It will however not move any further than this stage, unless the above is agreed upon.

It's a serious rule-break that could have a serious impact on our server economy, hence the harsh consequences. 



Now; In regards to you having a perfectly clean record, this isn't actually the case - but it was a while ago, so let me remind you.

  • 08/05/2021 - Kicked for misusing OOC chat.
  • 27/04/2021 - Kicked for breaking RP.

i thought i would only lose what i transfered i dont have a house but all my cars iv had for over a year 

but i do understand the consequences

Wipe has been completed and deletion of the other character as per the agreement @IICRAIGIV2. 

Now to move on with the appeal, I do have a few questions overall before we finish up. Did you take time to read the server rules upon joining the server? If not may you explain why please? 

Since you have been banned have you took to time to read both our GTA and Community rules fully?

Finally, Can you quote the rule you we're banned for and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule here for the community?

 
Yes I have read both sets of rules and the reason for g2.9 is to stop people transferring stuff which I totally forgot about when I did it which I hold my hands up to and (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

Yes i did read the rules but when I done it I was in server for a few hours and it was late and I just didn’t think about the rule I got banned for due to being tired but yes I did read the rules 

 
Very well. I do hope you do understand our rules and the reasoning for them as a whole since you have said you have read them all now. I will hold you to this and in turn hope not to see you here moving forth as you are aware of the rules by your own words. Since your character was wiped and the other deleted I will go ahead and offer you another chance within the community however please don't take this opportunity for granted. 

Enjoy the community, Roleplay and what it has to offer and you will in turn get some amazing experiences within your time playing here.
