Why do you think you were banned: A lady Claimed my mate wasn't speaking in game, so we must have been speaking in discord. Then she went back on that statement and said she could hear him the whole time, After we proved we were talking in game. Then she switched on us claiming that we weren't old enough to be on the server.
Why should we unban you: Claim one, She was incorrect. and Claim 2 she is also incorrect, I am 26 and my friend is 27. Seems like an abuse of power unfortunately

This is the completely wrong way to go about appealing your ban. You were observed meeting up with a friend without any form of in-game communication. Then your further behaviour once you had met up did not fill our team with confidence that either of you were of age to play here.
