Reason given for your ban: C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I technically combat logged.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand I was banned for a reason and after consideration and conversations with multiple staff members and members of RPUK, I see and agree completely with the valid reason that was given to me for the ban. Taking full responsibility and not shifting any blame. My previous unban appeals were simply me trying to highlight the many variables that led to my assumption that the permanent ban seemed harsh. That said, my ban was still justified as a rule was broken and I accept it. I was unfamiliar with the rules but now that this has happened, I understand what is and shouldn't be reproduced (although I should have known prior and not let it get to this). The only difference between this unban appeal and the previous is I know where I went wrong and it won't happen again. Whether I'm unbanned is obviously up to the judgement of you.

There is nothing 'technical' about this - You either did or did not combat log. 
You've stated throughout your appeal that you now know where you went wrong, you're still not taking accountability for your actions and admitting you combat logged however.

If you now know where you went wrong, please could you explain this for me in your own words and why your ban was put in place?

Hi Danoo, I was banned because I did combat log. I apologise for any misunderstanding but to make it very clear, I am admitting I broke a rule by combat logging and taking responsibility for what shouldn't have happened. In regards to the combat log, I had just been killed and not given time for the countdown to be completed in time for me to respawn and had logged off. Therefore, combat logging. With that being said, what I SHOULD have done is waited for the time to have completed and then respawned and then logged off. In that time, any number of things could have happened, I could have been found, continuing the RP and any other number of scenarios which I can't currently think of. The fact of the matter is, I broke a rule, I combat logged and understand (regardless of any variables I previously mentioned) that I should not have broken said rule regardless of what the situation is. Sorry if anything else is misunderstood. If it is, feel free to question me and I'll try to reiterate or further describe what I intended to get across.

You're aware now that this is what you should've done - Why at the time did you not do this? 
Were you perhaps angry at the situation? 

 
Yes, correct, I am now aware. I wouldn't say anger, I'd say frustration and tiredness of being stuck and stranded at such an early time in the morning. Also a lack of understanding of the rules (again my own fault for not being fully aware of the rules) and also I was (at the time) unaware of what I did being considered as combat logging - I am relatively new to RP but that's still not a good enough reason.

You becoming frustrated at the game does give me some concern, this is a roleplay server at the end of the day - not Call of Duty.
Do you often act out of frustration and will you be seen breaking any further rules due to this? 

 
Nope, not at all. I don't want to give the impression that I'm giving a lack of effort on this but I'm not quite sure what else to add. I tend to be calm but I would say that specific time of day, the day itself and situation led to an error in my judgement in which I foolishly ended up combat logging.

 
If you are given another chance to return here, what will your plan be?

What character(s) are you planning to play?
What quality roleplay can you bring to this server? 

 
I haven't played the server in a while and when I did I was relatively new. If I returned I'd most likely create a new character. Find out in RP what's in demand around the city, make connections, maybe start small with mining what people need. Essentially being the guy people go to if someone needs something, slowly increasing what resources I can offer, eventually leading up to something like gun parts (if that's even attainable - only one way to find out). Getting involved with people I shouldn't be involved with (RP wise). I'm sure along the way I'll bump into someone that knows someone who knows someone and maybe my characters future may land him somewhere else. In other words, starting with a structured basis but just going with the flow.

I like the sound of this, I do believe you've managed to learn from the rule break from your responses.

Now I must ask, is this the only time you've ever combat logged? Please be honest with me. 

 
My memory isn't great but to my knowledge I don't think so. The only time I did log out between fights was when it was some christmas event on top of one of the skyscrapers and I was having rendering issues. Not quite sure what it was but everyone got tp'd up there. Other than that I honestly can't remember

I've just had a look through your record and have seen 7 name resets on you as well, why? 

 
Hi there, yes I intend to roleplay properly, this time around having sort of a storyline or character I want to pursue as shown in my previous replies.

Those 7 name resets were when I was relatively new to RP altogether and the RPUK server so I wasn't aware of the basic rules and naming conventions. I ended up repeatedly changing my name not knowing what the issue was until I was banned, only then I realised and re-read the rules. Think the staff drew a line at Shaquille Oatmeal😂 like I said that was back when I was pretty new to RP altogether but have since read up on the rules and general guidelines - when doing RP itself and also RPUK's own rules and regulations.

Overall your record is terrible for someone who's been here for such a short space of time.
I'm willing to give you a second chance on the server to prove yourself to us, if you then decide to ruin that chance and throw it back in my face it's on your own head.

Should you receive a ban within the next 6 months, it will be a permanent ban as per the FBS and this will also come with a 1 week cooldown before you may appeal.
I must also mention, it'll be much harder to return.
