Reason given for your ban: g2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: reading the reason why i was banned it says ive spoke out of character , so somewhere along the line i must of unaware without meaning to

Why should we unban you ?: i would like to be unbanned as I'm not sure where i came out of character as i am always interacting with other members of the city.
I have obviously slipped up somewhere as i wouldn't be where i am now,
I put a lot of time in to the city life so I'm not sure if it has been where i have been so tired and came out of character or talking to a new member of the city as i do try help other people when interacting they can't say certain stuff and let them know how to rephrase for future purposes so they can enjoy their time in the city.
i appreciate you guys taking your time out to review my appeal and hope you guys can see was just a genuine mistake.

So you've recently come off a permanent ban not even a month ago where I give you another chance and you are now back here. More than a little disappointed seeing you return to this section let alone so close from coming back. 

Upon reading your appeal you believe you've done nothing wrong or that it was a mistake? I'll be honest with you, Trying to make excuses won't go that far here. I'll give you a hint into why you was banned and you can explain fully, Maybe jogging your memory will help. 

There we're posts on tweedle you made, So with that in mind lets try again, Why do you think you were banned and why should we unban you?

First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to go through not only my appeal but many others at the same time. I know you gave me another chance last month and I've ended up back here.
 
I'm not trying to make excuses or pass the blame, I know it was the insulting tweedle that has landed me and I have regretted it ever since. As of to date since my unban I have successfully and proudly built a stable gang within the city. Throughout the last week alone we have hit a total of 15+ who are constantly providing passive enjoyable role-play to the server, which I am proud of and miss the most.
 
Even though its only been just over a day since I've been banned this has given me more than enough time to reflect on my actions and behaviour on tweedle and I should I just walked away from the situation and if escalated, reported it. I now understand it wasn't just a direct conversation back and forth, everyone online at the time was able to see it on the app and for that I would also like to publicly apologies for as well. 
 
If I was to able to move forward from here and to be given another chance I would promise and offer management to put myself under a watchful eye and just be given a chance to display what our group is capable of bringing to the server with me at the leader role once again. 
 
This has been a massive wake up call for me and I definitely would not jeopardize it ever again.

Looking over this and what you posted on tweedle, Why did you believe this would of been alright for you to do? 

Did you not read the rules last time you was here, Also why does it have to come to a permanent ban for you to know what you did was wrong? 

Can you also explain how within a day you would have time to reflect on your actions?

Thanks for swiftly getting back to me once again.

I don't believe the back and forth pettiness on Tweedle was alright for me to do at all and for that I am sorry for that and could assure you no such thing would re-occur on any platform. As I mentioned before I'm not trying to make excuses or pass the blame, I hold my hands up and apologise once more.

From the last time I was here I did read the rules last time but I can only say it was a minute of anger and it got the better of me, but having the last few days to reflect on my actions I know the right steps to take; the main one being to walk away firstly.

With it only being a couple days now since the altercation, I have been sat here with my head held in shame pretty  much as I feel like I've not only let myself and staff down but also my gang as a lot of players were looking up to me.

All I could ask for is a final chance to prove myself and show what myself and others are capable of bringing to the server.

Morning Huntz, 

How can we ensure a moment of anger doesn't occur should we allow you another opportunity. Since you mentioned you would walk away however what landed you here was after the situation happened and you had a the rant on tweedle. 

Indeed it is a big let down, More so that in your last appeal you mentioned if someone broke a rule then you'd attempt to contact them via ooc and if not make a report on the forums, So I am sure you can understand that seeing you do this doesn't install much confidence moving forward. Why wasn't this done within that situation over what you did on tweedle? 

In your time within the community (Around two months thus far) You've managed to get a 1 day ban and two permanent bans, This isn't the best track record within a short amount of time. Explain to us what you believe our community is about and your place in it ?

Thanks for being patient and giving me time to respond.

Like I mentioned I've been away now for nearly a week and its made me realise about what my actions can lead to and I've had more than enough time to reflect on my actions and know it would not happen if I was to be given a final chance. I would like to suggest even having a note added to my account for every staff member to see to ensure I am placed under a watchful eye as I am confident with myself from here on out.

As you mentioned let down, I can't help think about this every day, especially with my gang as I have to sit on the side lines and can't have the impact and play the role that I need to and help provide some amazing roleplay to the community. I know from my last time and even this time I should have handled both OOC situations a lot differently but I'm just asking for that final chance to prove myself and show I am capable if I find myself in a situation like that again.

My track record isn't the best and I know that, which is why I believe I needed this week away to fix up as this isn't what the community is about. People shouldn't have to put up with OOC drama or have to witness such behaviour and for that I am deeply sorry.

I'm just asking for one more shot at it to prove myself and to prove myself to my friends and gang.

No problem! So lets dive into this. You mentioned in your last appeal  that you would be and I quote "fully committed to following the server rules and continue to enjoy my time and RP". So with this in mind why wasn't this the case here? 

We did take you at your word and give that trust over to you and by coming back here showing sheer disregard for the rules would be more along the lines of throwing it back in our face to see how much you can get away with before we say enough is enough.

Surely you'd know from going through this process if found back here that it doesn't look great more so one month down the line. Indeed others shouldn't of had to witness you acting out in the manner you did.

You mention that you wish to be kept and close eye on, My response to this is why couldn't you conduct yourself in a manner that didn't need oversight for everything you do, The rules overall are very straight forward, So I'm struggling to see how it's an issue to follow such things, Maybe you can clarify this for us?  

Since you mentioned about the community I'll ask this, What is this community about overall and at it's core?

In all honesty Stuart I love my time in the city, Getting to meet new people interacting with each other and thus forming not only a gang but a great group of friends, I've let them down and myself down due to lack of sleep and stupidity and let the situation get to me and end up going OOC .

I apologise it feels like I have disregarded your trust, It is not my intent in anyway shape or form to throw that away or in your face as I appreciate the effort and time you and the staff team put into the community and go through all the admin side of the city so the rest of the community can enjoy themselves and time here.

I fully understand where you're coming from, It definitely doesn't feel great let alone look great on my part being back here as I'm trying to prove to you guys and the community that I can bring some great RP and situations and with time become a solid member of the community, I do hope you and the community can see that I'm sincere with my apology and will allow me one final chance to show you that it was a stupid mistake on my behalf and more then capable of being better then that.

I asked for someone to keep an eye on me and my actions for the benefit of the staff team to ease their minds so you guys know I will not be making any other mistakes and can see that I am conducting myself appropriately to the rules and community, Also so you can see I'm not being dishonest.

This community to my understanding is about

Being able to come to the city enjoy your time with friends, Make new friends, Being able to roleplay all kinds of different scenarios without the stress of the outside world and the community comes together to make things fair and  fun.

So reading over the appeal and your response, I'll offer you another opportunity however this does now come with a condition since you did choose not to follow the rules and end up back here. For you this time to receive an unban the condition will be if you break another rule within the 6 month period as per the fair bans system it will go right back to permanent, Then on top of this should you receive a permanent ban within the 6 month period you will have to wait a further 6 months before you are able to appeal. 

Whilst we do hope you learn from the mistakes this should be a motivation to keep your nose clean as you have the basics of what we are about and your place in it.  Do you agree to this term?

I've gone ahead and issued the unban for yourself. As mentioned any ban you gain within a 6 month time will be permanent and you will be placed on a 6 month cooldown from the date of any ban within this timeframe. Don't let me down again and I hope not to see you back here moving forward.
