In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was more or less banned over two months ago for leaving the game during a long lasting argument outside of pillbox, in which i was downed and then as i got treated in pillbox. The group waited outside for me before and after 8pm storm . They did not make a attempt to communicate with me they just waited for me to leave . In which i decided to disconnect as i did not find this roleplay enjoyable. I fully understand now after having a large amount of time to think about even if the RP was not what i wanted , i should have just went along with it and avoided rule breaks. i am aware of the repromotions this has caused to all of the staff and send my apologies.

Why should we unban you ?: First of all , i would like to thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my unban appeal. I believe you should unban me because I now understand the rules of this server in greater depth and have now learnt from my bad decision making. At the time of my ban I was new to the city but that is no excuse for my actions. I would like to apologise for my slip up and bad RP and i am sorry for letting my standard of roleplay i developed, in which i think was fairly good slip. As this is my first and last rule break i believe it will not happen again . I would like a second chance in the city to RP with friends. My lack of decision making will not happen again, thankyou for taking this into consideration.

Hi , sorry for the late reply and i appreciate you read my appeal. I have never before committed any rule breaks in the server. This situation will be my first and last time. I understand how i have took the server for granted and i can guarantee this will not happen again. Thankyou Howard.

 
Are you sure this is the story you wish to stick to? I'll just offer a reminder, Honesty is key.

 
Yes I do believe that is why I got banned unless their is a rule break I committed without knowing . Honestly I don’t want to lie . I just want a second chance where my RP will be top notch . Thanks.

 
I'm not asking is this why you got banned, I'm asking is this the only time you have combat logged on the server. Whilst yes you was banned as you was caught out this time, Have you done this before for any reason? 

 
Yes that was the first time, as the situation I did not find enjoyable. Next time I understand I will just face the consequences of the arguments on the server and just get the situation completed instead of rule breaking. I want a second chance on the server and apricate everything that RPUK do. Thanks Howard.

 
As I mentioned before honesty is key more so when it comes to appeals. If you cannot be honest here how can we trust you moving forward? 

I've had a look through and back in May over multiple deaths you combat logged from the server also. So since you haven't been honest when given the chance so far, Explain why you did this please?

 
Honestly  I have made the mistake in the past. I do not want to lie back and forward with you and I did not state the other combat logs because I can not remember them, The only one I can remember is the one in which I had the consequence. I can one hundred percent guarantee you this will never happen again and I would be willing to do anything for a second chance in the server, Once again I appreciate you for reading this. I've looked through and it's more than the odd one or two times you've combat logged overall since playing it's now you have been caught it's now catching up to you. Whilst yes I can agree to a point you might not remember the odd time the amount you've done it is shocking to say the least. 

So with all this in mind, How can we trust you will follow the rules if we do choose to give you another opportunity as from looking at this you only seem to acknowledge the rules when caught but in the moment decide not to follow them if you believe you won't get caught.

 
Honestly you can trust me to never break a rule again. I have had a lot of time to think about my choices and have now realised that this was wrong on every occasion. Genuinely I want a second chance so badly and my role play will be to the highest standard in the server.

 
It was just under two months ago since this ban, Explain to us what you have thought about in relation to this.

Can you quote the rule you broke and in your own words explain why you believe we have such a rule in place?

 
Hi Stuart, thanks for taking the time out of your last few days to read all of my responses. I believe the rule I broke was combat logging, I agree with this rule and I think this rule and I think this rule is in place to make RP enjoyable for all and fair. For example If you took the time to RP a kidnapping and wanted their belongings and they combat logged, it would ruin RP. I have thought over the two months I have been banned and about how I spoilt other peoples experiences and how I took the server for granted, I also thought about how if I get a second chance it will not happen again. I think you have enough chances to class this as a possible "second chance" but I'll leave that outcome for @StuartThe amount of time that you combat logged and the amount of digging he had to do for to still say "you don't remember" is a poor excuse for me... 

If given another chance what could you bring the server?

 
Hi there Robbie, First of all I very much respect your opinion. I fully understand that my rule breaks were fully wrong and I would just like to emphasise that this will not happen again  I  Believe I developed quite a high standard of RP despite the combat logging and believe my RP will be great if I received a second chance. It could bring more light into the server and enjoyment to other players.

 
As Robbie mentioned I'm in agreement with him on what has been said more so using poor excuses simply won't wash with us. On the character creation screen there is a box you must tick agreeing that you are aware of the rules and a hyperlink to our rules so players can read them, So it's not like we are keeping the rules secret overall. Upon reading back another comment that is somewhat worrying is this sentence 'Yes I do believe that is why I got banned unless their is a rule break I committed without knowing'. 

Whilst reading that it's clear you one never read our rules two didn't take it upon yourself to use common sense within situations and use the rules to your advantage multiple times. Whilst yes this is the time banned the amount of times you've combat logged is a lot. Due to this I will be going ahead at this time and denying your appeal and in turn giving you a month cooldown to take time to reflect on your actions and negative impact you've had by doing this and also to allow you time to read our rules. You may re-appeal on or after August 22nd 2022.
