I should not as a police officer, pervert my role in the community and give away equipment to other people.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been an active member of the community for almost 1 year now and have never been banned . I have a  good understanding of the rules of the server. This was a stupid thing to do and I should never have done it. I completely understand that what I did was wrong as it could lead the newer players to believe that it is OK and shall not do it again, no matter the circumstances behind it. I have been able to grow up and learn in other roleplay communities but no community is quite like RoleplayUK.Also since then, i have read the rules and fully understand my wrong doings.I would like to sincerely apologise.

for almost 1 year now and have never been banned

you got 2 bans on record, So why did you think it was right to go and give out police equipment?

It is not right and it was a big mistake that i have had time to reflect on.Since then i have become a much more mature member of other roleplay communities on different games but i have always wanted to come back and enjoy this excellent community.I perverted my role as a police officer and made some imature mistakes that stopped me fufilling my role as a police officer.The ban previously was from the training server when i was training for my NPAS test with combat landings.I would never make the same mistakes i have made on this community and i have learnt a lot in roleplaying since.
