Why do you think you were banned: My last few months on the server saw a noticeable decline in my commitment toward roleplay, leading to a downward spiral in my mentality on the server and eventually ended by creating and uploading a video mocking a serious situation that affected some members of the community in the past.
Why should we unban you: It's been quite a while since I made the decisions that lead to me being banned, 8 months ago, which has given me a large amount of time to reflect and re-think my actions from the past and how I'd like to put that behind me and move forward and go back to the roleplaying that I know I can do well.
In reflection of my last few months in the server, I'd lost my desire to play and had grown increasingly more frustrated with the on-going "frag mentality" from numerous members in the community and I had allowed the frustration to get the better of me, resulting in a lower standard of roleplay from myself and dragging myself toward the fragging mentality that I had once grown tired of.
On top of the change in behaviour on the server, there was a clear change in my behaviour outside of the server throughout this time too, leading to me releasing a video which mocked a serious situation that had taken place on the server previously, of which I completely understand how stupid of a video that was to not only create, but to release and send to others, the video has since been taken down by myself.
I've grown well past the idea of frags, kills and I want to go back to the part of the server that I truly loved and felt I was best at, roleplay, having the opportunity to develop my characters and being able to continue to build those relationships, memories and fun experiences for myself and the other players on the server, whether they be new or old to the community. I had the incredible experience and opportunity to be apart of many great groups including the Firm and Lost MC, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed and would like to continue to build on the incredibly fun experiences and stories that I had the opportunity to be apart of.
I feel roleplaying is my greatest asset throughout my time on the server, RPUK was the first GTA V RP server I ever played and remains to this day to be the only one I have played, ever since I joined 3+ years ago, RPUK gave me the framework to allow me to learn to roleplay in GTA 5, leading to many amazing characters that I've played and created, whether that be my old biking character Mortimer, my Solicitor turned OCG Member Titus or Lost Member Hektor.
Throughout my time on the server, I had a fairly clean record compared to most, which had changed toward the end of my time on the server and is something I wish to correct.
If I am allowed back into the server, my plan would be to continue to develop my "Hektor Armstrong" character in the Lost MC, continuing my story of being a nomad, hoping to continue to develop this story toward having a more legal front than I had in the past as the lost were at risk of being put away in prison for a lengthy time, I'd like to do this with the idea of opening my own mechanic shop and welcoming new players into the community and helping provide them with an income and steady introduction to the server with the employment and roleplay opportunities I'd aim to provide.
In the future, if this situation were to ever re-occur where I am getting increasingly frustrated with something that may have taken place, as opposed to allowing it to get the better of me, I would take a step-back from the server and situation to allow myself to continue playing with a clear mind and continue a high standard of roleplay.
I do hope I can have the chance and opportunity to return to the server, to show and prove that my mindset toward the server has changed to what it was prior to the decline and have the opportunity to continue to create some incredibly fun roleplaying experiences.
