Reason given for your ban: Enough is enough. This is an adult community, appeal when you can behave as one.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to typing a message in ooc. This message said ‘’Am I not allowed to respawn? This defo PJ speaking just get a life little virgin’’. This message came as a result of lots of frustration after I felt a very harsh and non-RP based method to life off the Vagos.

Why should we unban you ?: I have taken some time away from the server to think about my actions. I apologise for my comment however in the heat of the moment it came out. After the 8pm restart all the Vagos bank accounts got frozen, couldn’t take cars out of the impound and all storage lockers were locked. From my point of view, I found this to be very harsh and felt like power gaming. It wasn’t RP’d out much at all which led to my frustration. As a serious roleplay server, I was hoping for better, but it is what it is.

From the lockers being locked meaning, no one could get guns out to defend the barrio one more time, to the weed room being set on fire on purpose, to the dismissal of any dynamic RP not letting others help who felt the situation wasn’t warranted. All of these points just showed that Vagos weren’t given a chance at all to try and get out and just showed more of a ‘win mentality’ forced scenario. There were staff members invisible dropping the flashbangs for the police inside the house we were holding (very high-quality roleplay indeed), which just further annoyed us and just wasn’t any form of RP. There was huge opportunities for RP which should’ve been taken but it’s a shame it wasn’t used. As a result of this we were annoyed, and certain things happened.

I went to hit the prisoner convoy and got downed. I was then given medical treatment however whilst that was happening a couple of the firearms officers including wyatt adams/PJ were bragging how ‘vagos got smoked’ and all. This further just ruined the situation, so I respawned mid receiving medical treatment. I also felt there was no character separation by a lot of the officers who also have gang characters but I don’t like reporting people, so I didn’t do it. One of the officers then said in OOC ‘Haza did you really just respawn’ then that is when I replied with my comment.
I have only been banned 2 times for RDM I believe in a year and a half of playing on this server. I have never received a perm ban and I was given one for my comment. I felt like a perm ban definitely wasn’t warranted but here we are.

Let's have a look at a few things.

1) Your claims of staff being invisible and throwing flashbangs are, as far as I am aware, incorrect. 
The flashbangs can be seen from a police POV, being thrown by one of the officers on the stairs as they attempt to push the house. Staff does not involve themselves in RP the way you describe - and if you have anything suggesting otherwise, feel free to bring that forth and it'll be dealt with separately. 
This rumor is not being dismissed however, and is currently being looked into.

2) "I feel like a perm ban definitely wasn't warranted". Well, I do - your inability to separate role-play from OOC, and clear toxicity displayed in OOC chat, warrants removal - we don't tolerate this, nor is it acceptable under any circumstances. The name-calling and attitude displayed shows a level of immaturity, and based of your own appeal; a response to an unfortunate situation, to which you essentially threw a tantrum in OOC, also warrants removal.

3) "I have only been banned 2 times for RDM I believe in a year and a half of playing on this server". Sorry, but I struggle to see relevance here. 
I've been a member of this community for 7 years, and like many others, have never been banned for RDM - Being able to abide by our rules is not a flex or something one receives applauds for; it's a basic requirement to play here.

1) This is a direct quote from TBJ himself in a ticket we opened about the situation ''We set up two invisible staff-members just inside the door, and timed a gas/flashbang release at precisely the moment that cop peds become visible inside the room'. He explained as to why it was done but the fact that Staff had to go invisible and DID intervene with RP which lead to my frustration.

2) I understand why i was perm banned however i feel like it could've been handled differently. As mentioned above i do apologise for my actions. I should've done better and not thrown a bit of a tantrum but during such a big RP scenario when trying to arrest an OCG for life you would hope everything was done in RP and make it enjoyable for all sides as that is what RP is. The fact that it didn't go down that line lead to my frustration. I shouldn't of handled the way i did but in the heat of the moment things happen and i apologise for that. 

3) Yes completely agree it isn't a flex and i wasn't trying to flex i was just stating that im not normally the one to break rules and i do abide by the rules. Compared to others in the community im not the one to be seen on the report the player section for breaking rules. I hold my RP to a high standard but the heat of the moment and the severity of the situation led to poor behaviour which i do apologise for.

It could've been handled differently, you're right - and it was dealt with in a different way all those other times you were kicked from the server and / or warned for your attitude and general misuse of OOC. 

Now, if you have a look at this:

02/02/22 - Kicked: Arguing in OOC
03/01/22 - Banned for RDM

You tell me... Was all other options exhausted? I'd say at the very least, your chances were - hence the ban.
In terms of your statement 'I do abide by the rules', I find the above more compelling.

In regards to 'staff intervening' - This was not something conducted by 'Staff', as explained to you in the ticket - This was conducted by a member of Management & Project Lead. The difference there is, staff would not intervene with RP as previously stated, whereas our Management and Project Lead of course can - for the benefit of a more dynamic roleplay, as flashbangs could not be thrown through the massive windows of the house, due to game mechanics, this was enabled via other means.

As you’ve shown, yes I don’t have the cleanest of records and have broken rules before however everyone slips up here and there. This isn’t an attempt at an excuse but all I can do is hold my hands up and apologise. The bans are quite spread out and I do learn from my mistakes, the evidence may not seem it but I do take all the punishments onboard and act on them. I do make some stupid mistakes which is evident but all I can do is apologise and put my hands up and I hope you can take that into consideration.

As a serious roleplay server, I was hoping for better, but it is what it is.

We too were hoping for better, alas; That never came - If you and the whole of Vagos would've had a focus on 'serious roleplay' rather than constant gunfights, poor quality role play, exploits such as intentionally abusing a building which made your character invisible, and general toxicity being displayed both in and out of RP, making their Vagos character as well as the player near indistinguishable, in their way of displaying themselves in the community, I'd count yourself lucky to not have been wrapped up in a blanket C1.6 ban.
Given that this is the second time Vagos faces a life-sentencing; I'd argue your claims of you, as well as the group, providing 'quality role play', null and void at this point. 

There's a reason the gang escalated to the point of being incarcerated indefinitely... again!


As for 'I learn from my mistakes' - read the above again, it really isn't that "spread out", I only collected the relevant parts from your record, within a 12 months period.
Would you say the repetitive pattern shown in my previous message speaks for, or against, the statement of "I learn from my mistakes"?

The pattern of my bans does look like going against my statement however I do take these punishments into consideration and try to act upon them. It may not seem it but I do and i ashamed I couldn’t stay out of trouble again.

During my time being banned my Vagos character has been 'on the run' from getting put in prison and possibly serving a future life sentence. I will want to carry on the RP of getting caught, serving time in prison and then going through a court case to decide my future. I also want to get back into playing my well known G6 character, Che Grant and getting back into the very dynamic and different RP scenarios that occur.

In terms of the rule breaks you have my word i wont be breaking any more rules. I have had enough warnings now. If something that i dont like doesnt go my way i wont take anger out in OOC chat. All my reasons for killing someone will be done via high quality RP meaning i dont get any more RDM bans etc etc.

No I was just using that as an example. I have had 2 or 3 rdm bans in my time on this server. I don’t wish to face the consequences again. All the rules will be followed exactly how they should be and everything done in rp will be performed to a high level of quality.

Hello again Haza. Been abit busy with work and all but here we go.

You just cant seem to shut it in OOC when beiong told, as you have been several time. And i do think the wish wash you are giving us up here is quite literally just lies so
you are correct.You will not end up in any more trouble for atleast 6 months etc etc.

 I do have a feeling that this is something that you wanted?
