In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I gave money to a friend so i could delete my character, created a new character and my friend gave me some of it back to help me out.

Why should we unban you ?: I wanted to delete my character as i wasnt happy with the way it was, i was new at the time and didnt realise i was doing wrong and didnt fully understand the rules. I now know that i shouldnt of done this and im so very sorry. That character that had the money sent to her has gained nothing as i deleted that 1 aswell. My current charcter is fresh and has nothing to do with my previous 2 characters. I would really like to be un banned as i really enjoy playing. Again im sorry what what ive done and id never be doing something stupid like that again.

Transferring money is something that's clearly not meant to be done and something we have to have safeguards against because people want to earn money as easily as possible. If we intended you transfer money between characters, we'd have a mechanism to allow you to do so.

Given this, can you please find the rule that covers money transferring and tell me why we have it on the server

Good morning and thanks for the quick reply, the rule I broke is g2.9 which I now know was the wrong thing to do. After throughly re reading the rules I can now understand the importance of this. Transferring money between players is clearly and exploit and something I should never have done. This rule is in place to stop any player gaining an advantage which upon reflection I now understand. 

Again I'm so sorry for what I have done. If I'm fortunate enough to get another opportunity to play the server I can ensure that nothing like this will ever happen again. Yesterday was a very long a boring day without being able to play which has made me very confident ill do whatever it takes to not break anymore rules and remain a citizen in the city.

Are you aware that these types of bans (C2.2 & G2.9) typically come with a full character wipe of a character of your choosing, whilst the others are deleted permanently?

Was it worth it, for such a little sum of money?

Hi thanks for the response.

Yes I have now re-read the rules a few times and made sure I fully understand.

I am happy to accept any punishment you see fit and also happy to start again.

It wasn't worth it for any amount of money, just really hope I get a second chance to prove myself and join the community I have grown to love and call home.

Due to Staff Discretion, we wont be issuing you a full wipe today as frankly it isn't needed but I wanted you to appeal your ban, come to your senses and realise how damaging this can be to our server.

That is brilliant news, thanks so much. I promise I won't let anything like this happen again. So excited to get back into the city and thrilled I can continue with my work as a ranger. 

(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.

This rule means that attempting to use any exploit to gain an advantage, may that be money, cars, property or anything will earn you a permanent ban. If we do know of this happening we should report it to the staff. 

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

This rule means that nobody should be transferring money or items to other characters that they own.
