In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
First of all, I would like to present the video to which got me banned in the first place if you skip the video to 1 min 33secs you will see the actions which got me banned: https://youtu.be/tEHDgc7PjzI

Now I know why I was banned and this because I instructed my friend to depart from the helicopter and set up defensive positions for the situation I was about to involve us in and ultimately give us an unrealistic and unfair advantage. Foolishly, I have my discord set up so CAPS LOCK mutes while speaking this is because when I play other games such as CSGO this is necessary if I want to avoid being yelled at. Which I shouldn't have enabled but due to my laziness on this occasion, I hadn't undone this.

I would just like to add that my ban came from a report a player I had made on another individual and I copied the video from there hence the length of said video

Why should we unban you ?
I believe i should be unbanned on this occasion because I myself believe that this rule is very important and I try to abide by it where the rules indicate to do so. and unfortunately on this occasion, a number of factors led to me making myself unable to abide by it which I admit is a poor excuse and apologies as I don't have a better one. I try my utmost to keep my roleplay to a standard that can leave both parties satisfied. Admittedly like any other, I can make mistakes with this from time to time but I up to this date have held myself responsible and made sure the victim feels compensated in some way.

I have a lot of love for RPUK, it has been where I have allocated to my spare time for several months now and have a lot of fun doing so.

I hope you can find some patience with me and find it within your ruling to find that I deserve another chance. and in the future, I would be sure to make my keybinds not conflict with my communications in-game and allow me to hot mic everything I say in that playtime.

This is to improve the realism and in my opinion not to be power gaming. it allows the situation to have a realistic feel and in a realistic situation what u say is heard by all who surround you. This rule is here so that you are unable to have a unfair advantage. I also believe in my opinion this is POOR RP. And i am very sorry that i have been guilty of this.

I can admit with my chest that i am far from perfect. When i joined this server a few months ago i was taken in by the farrells who taught me what i needed to know about gaining a finacial high point, and how the mechanics work. but at the time i had little to no understanding of the rules, therefore under many occasions i have been guilty of doing silly things that at the time where unknown to me as rule breaks. An example that sticks in my head was when we were diamond farming and then i stored my truck and a friend drove me to athria, see before the admin pulled us away and spoke to us about this, i would have thought this to be a reasonable thing to do because you pay for the vehicles at each spawn point there fore me believing that this is kinda a tranport fee. 

My point is i have been nieve in the past but now im at a point where i understand the rules and ive had enough time to learn why they are the very foundatuon of the community.
