Reason given for your ban: G2.4 Value of life G1.5 Powergaming

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: My ban was due to a situation between members of the aztecas and myself at paleto bay hospital. I broke two server rules in that scenario, G2.4 (value of life) and G1.5 (Powergaming). As I mentioned in my previous appeal I did not mean for things to go this way. It was due to lack of judgement that I created a situation that left other people unhappy and I since realized that it was on me to have prevented the situation from escalating. What I did was completely unacceptable and I should have took a moment to think about my actions before just carrying them out. I understand that the weight of my actions leads to ruining the RP scenario between two rival gangs, at the time, and I think that this ban really helped me to start seeing the bigger picture of my actions and how they can affect other people and their RP scenarios.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand that at this current time an unban would come as a luxury to me as I have had issues in the past before but I feel as if I had time to reflect on my behaviour and think about the good things that I “lost” during my time banned. The “Triads” mean a lot to me and it’s where I made some of my closest friends and thinking about my past actions I realized that I want to be better not just for myself but also for them as they represent a whitelisted Gang that tries to hold their RP scenarios to a high standard. I would take this chance to grow myself and provide better RP not just for me but also the people that I get to encounter on the Server. I already took the first steps and made sure to re-read the server rules and make sure that I know them by heart. I really miss playing on the server and the interactions with my friends and other people and I hope that you will give me one last chance to prove myself. I’d also like to apologise that my actions lead to other players having an unpleasant time on the Server.

Hello there.

I can see that you did put effort into this, no question. But is it enough to even out the effort you put into cheating RP as you did? I´m not convinced.
Looking at your history, it does not look like you are generally having a hard time keeping within the rules... 

Both bans that you have gotten were for rather malicious things, done to either give yourself an advantage or out of spite and a wish for payback. Why should we allow someone back on our servers that seems to take every oportunity to cheat the system and try get out on top no matter what?

To answer your question, Both my previous bans was terrible and stupid behaviour on my behalf and everything you have said is correct, i could not sit here and condone my actions since my ban.

The way i have acted in these situations have been outrageous and not acceptable, the disappointment i have caused to the other players involved, myself and my friends is upsetting.
It's really hit home this time, when the people around me, my friends from triads who talk to me everyday and the part of the community i represent are embarrassed with my actions and have spoke to me and gave me their honest opinions.
 Because its really sank in that my actions affect a lot of people around me, not just the victims of my mistakes.

Futhermore, if i was to be unbanned, I would drastically change my behaviour and not take the chance for granted again, because this is more than just gaining the RPUK staff team trust again, 
its gaining the Triads trust again that i will not embarrass them with my actions.

I will drastically improve my Roleplay, not just to enjoy myself more, but give the community a better experience from myself aswell.

I will not abuse or break any rules to give myself an unfair advantage again, like i've said its really hit home how people feel about me and my actions and i feel like i have changed.

I also admit that RPUK is more than just a game/RPserver to myself, its the majority of my social life and i have struggled without it,
 this isn't me asking for sympathy because i know full well my actions was not acceptable, i just really want to be a part of the community i love with my friends.

Please quote me the rules you broke, explain them in your own words and tell me how you would react in similar situations in the future, IF I was to give you another chance.

 
(G1.5) Powergaming - Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. 
Reacting to a roleplay situation after informing other parties that I was experiencing technical problems (headset not working) and preventing the RP from evolving.
After reflection, I realise in a similar situation I should use /ooc (rather than /me) and then resolve the issue to allow us to continue, or disconnect to prevent such a situation from occurring in the first instance. 

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
The rule is pretty explanatory and I’ve little excuse for my actions, only to reiterate that I feel I have learnt and grown after this situation. When approached by several armed people I should of yielded rather than run away and re-engaging.
I realise that this is roleplay and I have needed to re-evaluate the ‘win mentality’, and that in some situations I just lose – this incident was one of those situations where I allowed myself to have an impulsive reaction; I’m learning to be more reflexive in my engagements.

 
Alright then... Now is the time to be completely honest with me and I advise that you do so. In the video that lead to your ban it is visible that you did speak into your radio after downing 2 players. 

Was the microfon issue actually an issue or just a made up tactic to help you get away?

 
During the start of the incident, my Voice chat was not working, thats the honest truth. I ran away from the situation and at 1.03 in the video is were i was in the menu to turn on and off the voice chat which did fix the issue. https://imgur.com/zOI5D2G

But what i did after was bang out of order, i Should of carried on with the situation how it started and followed their demands and spoke back to them directly.
I admit to letting the win mentality get to me and try defend myself when i shouldn't have.

This is the 100% truth and i admit to my mistakes, I apologise to the staff and everyone involved.

BUT this unban comes with clear conditions:

ANY BAN you receive during the next 6 months WILL be permanent and give you a timeout from our servers for just as long. You will not be able to appeal until that time has passed. 

Have I made myself clear and can trust that you will use that chance to show that you can play by the rules this time?
