Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for creating multiple characters and gambling at the casino until I won.
Why should we unban you: For some reason I thought it was a clever loophole in which I could roleplay as each character separately and this one was a gambling addict who put their life savings on the casino. Obviously this was stupid.

I was banned around a year and a half ago and really wanted to try the server out. As you will be able to see I didn't get to put any time into the server before I was banned. I have fully read the rules of FiveM and won't try anything like this again. I'd played on your guys previous ArmA server for a long time before it was shut down with over 3000 hours on exclusively roleplay i'd like to see this as a good track record to not cause any trouble.

Well yes of course you’d think so. As I said it was a stupid mistake, I had never played any roleplay in which you can play on multiple profiles/characters and at the time thought it was a clever loophole. It was so long ago and I now actually want to play this server I thought a community ban was fairly harsh for a first offence like this to be honest haha. Either way I’m fully owning up it was a very stupid thing to do and won’t do anything of the sort again.

If you known it was a loop hole, why wouldn't you report it to the staff team?

Sorry for the late reply...

I have a lot of spare time this summer and the time I did manage to run around the RPUK FiveM server it was the best one I could find for UK style RP (funnily enough due to the name). I haven't ever been banned from a GTA RP server besides this one I don't tend to really cause any trouble.

At the time I didn't think it would be a major rulebreak and just thought it was a clever way to get a kickstart in the server, if someone was offering me lots of money for something that wasn't bannable i'd of course stupid. Instantly I found out how stupid this was and wouldn't do it again.

I've been at university so a lot of time through the year I don't have time to play but I have a lot of spare time throughout summer and the holidays.

I honestly don't mean any harm trying to get into the server I just want to play FiveM and don't want to sink lots of time into a server I don't really enjoy, I think RPUK would be a good community to play on.

If you were to be unbanned I will need you to agree to the following,
  • You may choose to keep one character to keep, but this character will be wiped (Bank, Cash, Vehicles, Houses, Stashes, Inventory, Shops, ect), or you can request to delete all your characters and start fresh.
  • The other character's you have created will be permanently deleted.
Do you agree to the following, and what character do you choose to delete or all if you do choose to?

You can wipe all characters as I never managed to put any real time into the server I’ll start from scratch if possible.

I've had a look through your record and you have no warnings or previous bans apart from this one, I am willing to give you another chance on the basis that you were new to FiveM and coming from Arma at the time, now that you have appealed I am under the impression that you have read the rules and have a good understanding of them. We do understand that not everyone will remember all the rules but if you are not sure with something please let us know by opening a discord ticket.
