Unban Appeal for harry fairclough
In-game Name: James Oakmoor
Server: GTA RP
Steam ID: 76561199152997351
Ban ID: !!rpuk12245!!
Reason given for your ban: C2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I had breached rule C2.3 by leaving the server whilst downed. I was entirely unaware that this rule applied to domestic and non RP situations.
Why should we unban you ?: I had starved to death in the desert and so decided to call the NHS and wait however I had work in the morning and as it was late I decided to leave to go to sleep.
I was not aware at the time that it was classed as combat logging if there was no RP situation in progress otherwise I would have either stayed at the scene or waited for the respawn timer to go down.
If you do decide to unban me I would be grateful and will strictly adhere to this rule going forward.
Whilst I know that this is a short explanation and apology , it is not due to lack of remorse but it is instead due to the simplicity of this mistake.
Thank you for taking the time to read this appeal.
Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes
