Why do you think you were banned: The ban was due to my involvement in transferring funds for a friend from her old character to her new one, acting as a middleman. I now see how this action can negatively impact the server's fairness.
Why should we unban you: This is my 3rd appeal for this ban, as my previous two were lacking effort, and one I used AI to help with points. I decided to take more time away before opening another appeal as truthfully, with my small time in this sever, it really is one of the best. What I did, acting as the middleman for my friend, isn't right and when common sense is used, clearly it would be against the rules. Also, getting AI to help me with points in my previous appeal isn't right, I'm just not great with my words and so for that, I'd like to apologize again. In the meantime, I have re-read the rules.

If I do get the opportunity to get unbanned and have a second chance here, I'd like to continue to work on Haris Reum. I have already met really awesome people here and I'd love to keep and expand on those connections. I was really proud to get my first car in the server, and I want to continue working on building the personality as much as possible. Haris Reum is a very satirical character, the back story to Haris is that she is visiting the UK with her sister, but had to take an extended stay due to business. Haris has a very entitled personality but also very loyal, whereas her sister Tiffany is more grounded and so as a result both characters balance eachother out well, and when being together in live action it's like crazy funny. So iconic.

I appreciate the time y'all have taken to read this appeal and really hope I get a second shot. I will work hard in-game and not break another rule.

I can understand wanting to make sure what you have written looks good, reads well, needing a little extra help, ect. We want people to write their own appeals as it shows us a lot, if things don't read the best or are misspelt then that is fine.

Why did you act as a "middle man"?

In all honesty, it's not an excuse, but I wasn't thinking as the plan was for Tiffany to just make a new character, since she didn't like her appearance on the current one, so she transferred me all items / funds so I could give it to her new character. As I said, it's quite literally common sense that it wouldn't be allowed... That's why when it happened a staff member teleported me on top of maze bank tower to talk, I was a little confused at first, but when the staff member told me it was about the funds, It all hit me. I was honest to the staff member, she was really sweet and I understood that I was in the wrong the moment she informed me. Sadly I forgot her name.. but she's an icon.

If I were to get a second chance and be unbanned, to put it simply, I would actually take time to think.. I'd use logic, go through the rules even if I have read them already just to make sure that whatever me and my friend want to do isn't against the rules. The whole reason why I'm here is due to me not thinking, and not using common sense. I really do value this community and the people here, so I'd love the opportunity to have a second chance to show that I've learned and can do better.

So these bans come with a condition, if you are to be unbanned it would come with a full character wipe and deleting of all but one character.

You have two characters

Haris Reum
Ja Diaz

If you were to be given a second chance which out of these characters would you like to keep? The character that is kept would also receive a full wipe, they would be wiped of everything ( this would include cash, bank amount, anything in their inventory, loadout, any houses, cars, ect.) They would keep their contacts in their phone and all memories they have made.

Do you agree to the condition above and which character would you choose to keep?

I completely understand. I'd like to delete Ja Diaz, and keep Haris Reum. I agree with the conditions, and understand the reset. I'll work hard to get back to where I once was. I really hope I can get this second chance.

I would like to thank you for your attuite from the beginning when you were first pulled, understanding throughout this appeal and taking accountability for what had happened.
