In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Due to the lack of detail and effort from previous unban appeal, I will try to remember as much as I can and to the best of my knowledge in detail, i was banned 6 months ago because i started to dupe, The items that I duped (from what I can remember) are the following; Sharks, Fruit smoothies, ammo which I had found in cars, Blackjack spin tokens and switchblades. I didn’t use any of these to actually gain an advantage as if you can see my banks and inventory I didn’t sell any items Im sure I had near enough no money, I didn’t use any items other than fruit smoothies to just stay alive, I didn’t use blackjack spins to spin the wheel I only duped just for the purpose of duping and seeing if I can dupe on the server. How it started was what I said in the first appeal...
i went to the casino to ask for money to buy a house this was the time when new houses were released... and someone gave 200k so i bought it, the house was I think around the docks or near the boat place I think... and I duped sharks, fruit smoothies, ammo, blackjack spin token and switchblades... honestly i was being stupid, i know what i did was wrong i took 6 months to think about it, i also understand its a very serious offence in this server and i really do apologise and wont do it again.

Why should we unban you ?: I think you should unban me as i did take 6 months to think about it and rethink my decision, what i did was very stupid and offensive and obviously wont do it again, I WANT TO STATE THE FOLLOWING;
1. I did not use any items to earn money
2. I didn’t sell any items to earn an advantage of getting money
3. I only duped for the purpose of seeing if I can dupe
4. I also understand that my inventory including duped items and house will 100% be wiped and I am accepting that.
Like I said previously I have near enough no money to my account other than the assets such as the duped items. This server was really fun and smooth for the small time i was in and now i really want to grow without cheating/duping and will play legit. This is written from what I can remember as it was 6 months ago this is 100% the truth!!!. Everyone deserves a chance this is my first offence and will be my only offence in the server!

So, what if you got curious again? What actions would you take if you decided to try something else and it worked? Wether you benefit personally or not what would you do different?

well first of all i just wont be curious anymore i just wont have that mindset, however if i do come across a glitch or bug the actions i would take would be the following;

1. when i duped i didnt tell anyone or give any items to anyone, so likewise to this i will not tell anyone or give anyone anything

2. I will immediately report the glitch or bug to a member of staff or create a bug form 

those are the actions i would take...Tell a staff/make a report form!

Whether you did or didn't use any items you duped, you still duped. Once a cheater, always a cheater, right? 

I personally find it very difficult to trust people that have cheated to the extent you have. 

Why should we even consider giving you another chance? The trust that was put into you, as is put into everyone else that joins our server is by far gone. 

How do you think you can rebuild that trust?

What actions do you think should be taken to punish you, as a cheater?

To the first question, thats obviously a no and you know its a no as looking at other "duping" ban appeals most have been unbanned.
Obviously i made a mistake...everyone makes a mistake. So not all cheaters are always cheaters.

Your second statement, personally i dont think my extent was as bad since again like i said i didnt use any items or give any away it was just in the inventory, other people have actually duped and used it etc.
This doesnt justify my duping and im not saying you can dupe if just in the inventory. Im just stating that i didnt use it

You should consider giving me another chance as this is my first and only ban/cheating. I am willing to build back that trust in my excellent high quality RP skills.

I can rebuild the trust by playing with HIGH QUALITY RP, engaging in bug reports if found, events etc

Lastly the actions, i did take 6 months after my ban  to do this and looking at other ban appeal, if i was to make the 6 months ago then that would be the punishment (over)

You could keep your eye on me at all times, you can restrict me from going to any RP admin made events etc

Very well.
I will see to it that your character is wiped of all assets and go ahead and unban you, once that is sorted.

Just keep in mind, ANY rulebreak within the next 6 months will lead you straight back here and it will be much harder to be unbanned that time around.
Any more duping, taking advantage of bugs ect. and I will toss you out the door and you will not be coming back ever.
