Unban Appeal for guavafighterIII

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Yesterday, whilst playing with friends, one of my friends killed me (on accident) with there car door when I was getting out of the car. I got brought to the hospital and left whilst being resuscitated. When I join back earlier today, I'm dead (not in the resuscitate mode).nothing in the room I was in had loaded, and I couldn't hear anyone speaking. I left, again, assuming I could just join later and wait the 15 mins to respawn. About 10 mins ago I try to join to wait out the time and come back to a perm ban message. This is what I BELIEVE the reason I was banned for, but due to the lack of textures and being unable to hear, someone could've been speaking to me and I may have been unaware.
Why should we unban you ?: Since I believe this may have been a very large misunderstanding, and I wasn't aware that this would end up in a perm ban. I was under the belief that once I joined back I'd be able to wait out the time and continue to play on the server. Thank you for reading, please reach out if you have any more questions.
