In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: My nephew came round to my house for Christmas he is 16 years old he got a pc and was excited to play on the server i dint show him about roleplay.co.uk he had already knew about it and me being me i dint really think nothing of it i told him to sign up and enjoy. i didn't know it is against the rules to play under the age of 18 but now i think about it gta is a 18 year old rated game. Like i said it was christmas i just wanted him to have fun . He does not live with me he lives in a whole different area which is 5 hours away from where i live if i had known his one day of gameplay connected to my broadband would have got me a perm ban or even got me in the slightest of trouble i would never have allowed him to play especially not at my house because look where it has landed me! i now have a pegi ban and i am way over the legal age to play the game. I havent broken any rules i might of had slight hiccups but not any perm bans and the fact i have now been banned for pegi and im not even underage is very frustrating. I feel i should be unbanned just due to the fact i am not under age and i didnt specifically break any rule myself under my own name. Yes my nephew is in the wrong and he deserves a ban with no return. like i said it was christmas i was happy go lucky i didnt think anything of it him playing i woouldnt have risked my own account for him. My first appeal i didn't write it myself i was so angry at what happen seeing i got banned that i blasted my nephew to the point he felt bad and wrote an appeal for me stating that he was born within the age limit to put things right with me beacuse he the reason why im banned now. im not good and writing these things. i spoke to staff on discord and i feel as if ive been hard done by im not allowed to show proof of my age which i am willing to do and im not allowed to show proof that my nephew does not live with me i see him once a year. If this can be sorted and looked at again i would be very grateful. i dont belive i should have to wait months to re join the server again i understand the risk but i am an adult im the only player that lives in my household. and if next year comes and i see my nephew for christmas i will makesure he doesnt even bring a pc into my house. Please access this situation again. thank you

Actually; It'd be equally, if not more, your responsability - You allowed, in your own words, someone not of age to play on our server, on your account / character; which is a breach of our rules. 
PEGI is a particularly difficult rule to overturn, due to our very firm stance against 'proof of age'. We do not accept any form of identification or personal data due to privacy reasons. 

How can we possibly know that this is now:
1) A player that is 18 years old, or older.
2) Not the 'nephew' playing again ?


You seem to be putting all of the blame on your 'nephew', which isn't a great look. Not taking responsability for your actions, doesn't exactly provide us with a lot of confidence that the appealing party is an adult. As of such, we will treat this as we would any other PEGI ban. 
- The ban will remain, until enough time has passed where, whomever played that was not of age, is believed to be 18+.
