In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat logging 6 months ago in a rare instance of ragequit from me

Why should we unban you ?: The reason my effort was low last time wasnt out of laziness, I just thought it would be easier for you guys considering my previous efforts highlighted most of the situation.
Also I didnt want to sound entitled by waffling on so I was going for the "short and sweet" but I can make more efforts.
It's been a gloomy 6 months without your city, but in the meantime I've been grinding it out in real life, I have a full time job and my life is looking alot more optimistic now. This might not sound relavent but I think that now my real life circumstances are significantly better I will bring a more positive vibe to your city.
Obviously combat logging is a serious rulebreak and I've waited the full 6 months before making another appeal
Even though my integrity with you is damaged, I can assure you it wont happen again and my approaches to gaming are usually focused on being "sportsman like".
It sounds sad but returning to your community would mean a great deal to me as it has provided me, hands down, the best gaming / gta experience of my life.
Given the chance to return once more I will obey the server rules to the T, not only to avoid getting banned, but hold my own integrity as the fair player I beleive I really am.
Your server would bring me back to playing GTA again as I don't enjoy GTA online and other servers just dont have the same vibe for me (British police in game makes it way more fun for me)
I have been practising some roleplay scenarios in other games such as the REDM roleplay server called GoldrushRP and some Valheim RP servers
I do recommend goldrushRP if you are looking for a red dead RP server its got similar vibes to RPUK
However, theres no cars in Red dead and driving is something i enjoy immensly. Itching for some more GTA RPUK action.
Nopixel and GoldrushRP have subscription based queue system but they are both american servers.
I respect that your system doesnt take payments for queue boosts etc but if you did id pay more than anything I would for nopixel or goldrush
Its good that you value your community more than money, thats something rare these days, so returning would be an honor.

Can you please tell me why you have been banned, not the rule the situation leading up to your ban?

How would you have went about it looking back on your ban?

Hello @CSI OneShot, I was banned when I combat logged while in hospital surrounded by the triad gang waiting to get my gun when i recover. Some lads and I were being dumb and tried to rob the triads on their turf and the encounter went horribly wrong and we got carried to the hospital after being critically injured. I've previously been in this situation before and not combat logged in the hospital bed, which is the correct way to go about it. I combat logged because I tilted from the humiliation of the situation being mocked on the hospital bed lol. I've played similar situations right before, and relinquished many guns to gangs and police etc without combat logging.

Combat logging is a scummy move indeed so yea, In this situation I would take the loss. I am usually good at taking the L but that day I took alot of Ls

I'm ready to take more losses with more grace than that day

@CSI OneShotI would wake up from my hospital bed and hand my inventory over to my vanquisher as requested, try and make some roleplay fun out of the situation too if i can. Or there are plenty of other situations that might be "uncomfortable" and I'm mostly good at riding through the storm. Its good to detatch your own ego from the story of your character so i try to approach things from a perspective of a story instead of wierd min - max style gaming. Thats part of what i like about roleplay is that you don't have as much of that selfish going out for the win style of gaming.

As for why you should take time to unban me,  you're going to make a simple man very happy and thats a pretty good reason, like a dog who just got outside to play fetch kind of happy

 
This isn't your first case of being banned for combat logging though is it?

Why should we trust you, yet again, to not break the most basic of rules?

What assurances can you give us, again that you've not already given us and have broken? 

 
The first time i was very new to the server and only combat logged because the other players were acting strangely, talking about grabbing my game ID etc kinda intimidated me at that time.

I can assure you it wont happen again as I have alot more experience with your city and roleplay servers in general. I  understand the situations previously more having reflected on them and can easily avoid being there again. I have probably spent thousands of hours in your city and been in hundreds of roleplay situations and not combat logged and have stayed within the rules. I'm actually a very fair player even though it looks like I might not be, I value myself being someone who plays by the rules when no one is watching but its been a learning curve when my flawed humanity fucks up like it has, its not out of inconsideration for others but my own idiocy and brashness at a given moment where my judgement is lapsed or patience warn thin.

However  I think the breadth of experience I have will keep me in check enough to be impecable with my approach.

Theres no situation where I would break your rules when I value being part of your community. That would be shooting myself in the foot aswel as ruining it for everyone else. I also rely on the rules of your city for my own enjoyment, as does everyone involved.

I've been very honest about the situations where I have been banned, I didnt try and distort the truth behind things at all, and I have paid a high price for my previous infractions

Please allow me once more chance and if I mess up again, I wont even try to appeal

 
@CSI OneShotIn game i assume? Im confused. Not that i remember, I made all my money trucking when it was big and slinging on the gang turfs. Also depends what you mean by large, I was buyng and selling coke and occasional guns so 100-200k sums were passing through my hands on the regular. Also was growing weed in my appartment and selling that

Do you mean if someone transfered me money to my ID by mistake? Thats never happened to me, and I woulda given it back if that happened

The reason I ask and I recommend you being 100% honest with me, You have been given £219,999 by a player called Seamus McNamara, who is this person to you? and what roleplay backstory do you have with him?

 
@CSI OneShotWhen did this happen? I have no idea of who this guy is or when I was given that or that the transaction even occured 100% honest.

When was the transaction?

 
@GrimpThis occurred a day prior to you getting banned on the 14/10/2021 the player has given you £219,999 do you have any idea as to why?

@CSI OneShotI guess I sold a gun or somthing? I was quite regularly exchanging sums of money that size, does it look suspiscious for some reason? I was buying coke and guns from the gangs and selling it on to other players alot so a 200k deal was normal at that point so cant remember exactly what the transaction was about. I had alot of guns cos thats all i saved for, still got more guns stored if i get back, thats 5 glocks and a deagle for a starter pack

I think I'm happy enough with the answers you have given me, on terms of your ban for combat logging you have been banned for this twice now and I don't want to see you here again, if you get banned again within 6 months you will be going back on a permanent ban this is your last chance to prove yourself, don't make me think I wasted my time with your appeal.
