Reason given for your ban: no reason at all

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i shouldnt have been banned as i have done nothing wrong

Why should we unban you ?: as i did nothing wrong. i got banned for rule C1.2 and at no point did i break this rule! there was another person in the bed bay next to me in the prison that an officer said was being racist earlier so i am guessing they have accidentally banned me instead of him!!!

So you are telling me that you have never said a single discriminatory word to another person whilst on our server?

 
no, not at all. I would never be racist. I was in prison at the time, in med bay. An officer in the prison was speaking to another person a few beds along saying that he had been racist and stuff. So i was just guessing i had been banned by accident instead of the other person.

 
There is more discriminatory language in the world than just racism.

 
Yes, i understand that. I have been in arguments etc with other players but i have never broken the C1.2 rule. At the time of being banned i hadnt spoken in a while i was just in the prison hospital serving my time waiting to get out a reformed man.

 
Well I can tell you that you were spotted calling people F****ts. Remember honesty is key in the unban process.

 
I honestly dont remember saying it but fair enough i probably did because that fella from the prison was saying things just as bad, him and his other 2 mates. i didnt realise i would get banned for using the same discriminatory vocabulary as other players but i did not mean it in a derogatory fashion. As it was just a stupid argument i didnt think people would actually get offended and report me when they are saying the same things anyways. So that is my bad and i am sorry for my actions, it wont happen again!

I believe you have this rule as discriminatory phrases and words are unpleasant things to say to others. I totally agree with that, although it may not be best to use the same vocabulary as others in retaliation. I do feel as though it is a little more justified than straight up using that language by no means whatsoever. I understand that by me using this language it could come across as disrespectful and harmful towards others but by them using such words first less entitles them to a reaction or state of hurt as they started it. Non the less this language is strictly prohibited therefore I am truly sorry for my actions whether done in retaliation or not.

 
If you cannot even remember saying it this time how can we be sure you wont say those sorts of things again if you get angry at someone?

 
It was in the heat of the moment and i thought as others were saying it to me i was okay to say it back, but this is obviously not the case. I have spent a decent amount of time on the server and really enjoyed my time on it. As i now fully understand this is a ban able offence do i wont ever do it again.

 
Look, you have now been here long enough to know that we do not accept this kind of language, be it retaliatory or not. Frankly, it is irrelevant that you said it in retaliation to someone else using similar language, never stoop to their level.

This is now your second ban on our FiveM server and whilst I am going to unban you for this, please know that you are fast running out of second chances. You were hit with a 1 day temp ban and then jumped straight to a perm due to the nature of your second ban. Now that you see the results of this behaviour, I sincerely hope that you wont repeat it again. If it does happen again, your chances of being unbanned are fairly miniscule. Please learn from this. Don't let me see you back in this appeals section again.
