In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to combat logging. I had already passed away countless times for foolish reasons, and it was late at night. I opted to alt + f4 and turn off my computer because I was tired and upset. At the time, I was unaware that this was a bannable crime; I didn't learn this until the next day, when a staff member banned me and said it was a bannable offence. I've read the rules and can see why I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?: I have a great time playing on the server and made many friends. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and was banned for combat logging. After carefully reading the rules, I now understand what I did wrong. I used to think that combat logging only applied to situations where players tried to leave an RP situation to gain an advantage. However, I now realize that even logging off after being killed by a local is considered combat logging. I deeply regret my actions and offer my sincere apologies for lying to the staff member about the incident I apologize for not having enough time to fully explain the situation and for making up stuff on the spot. I realize that this was wrong, and I promise too never do it again. I understand that the staff have more important matters to attend to than listening to lies. I understand the mistake I made and take full responsibility for it. In the future, I will be more careful about following the rules and seek assistance from staff members if I am unsure about anything. I hope that you will consider unbanning me since Roleplay.co.uk is the only server where I have had such a great time.

Yes i did say this and i wont deny I got really annoyed that i got denied and didnt even get a chance to explain my self properly u asked i ever did combat log before and to knowledge at the time i was sure i didnt and that was my first time combat logging i wasn't aware of any other times i did that's why i said that was my first time but you didnt even give me a chance to say this or even explain it so  i got really annoyed when you called me a liar and denied my appeal when i wasn't even aware of the fact that i did combat log other times. i apologise about that it was just in that moment i was superheated and just splashed out my anger i should of just kept myself calm and collective. 

i meant no offence and i would like to again apologise as i was just super angry and didnt control myself. i know i shouldnt of said such things and thats my fault i hope you can understand and forgive me.

Now, you mention repeatedly that you were not fully aware of the rule - have you ever read it properly?

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I have highlighted the for you relevant parts. Now, when you join the server and make a character, you are being asked if you read and understand the rules and have to tick a box to confirm this. 

I would like to just make one thing very clear here: We as staff are absolutely happy to clarify if something is not understood, but we are not responsible for you not reading the rules properly! I also find it very hard to believe that you were unaware, considering you tried to wiggle your way out of it when you were initially pulled up by a member of staff. 

So not only did you combat log, you were also being dishonest about it. Then lied again and threw abuse at people who do this in their own free time, without pay, so you and everyone else can have a decent time playing... Now tell me one good reason why we should even consider letting you back?

Also, explain to me why you believe the 2 highlighted bits in the rule fall under combat logging and what negative consequences it would bring for the server if we allowed this.

I really enjoy playing on the server and have many friends like i stated before it would be a loss if i wasn't able to carry on playing with them i understand i broke a rule and have been punished for it i truly apologise for my behaviour as i don't know why i let it get to me and started to throw abuse comment to the staff member for that i truly feel ashamed i don't usually have issues with staff members i don't know what happened there i also would like to apologise for lying to staff when they pulled me i wasn't sure of what to say but at the same time at that moment i wasn't aware that it was a bannable offence so that's my mistake again i should of confirmed this with a staff before even doing any of it but now i have had a good amount of time i have read through the rules multiple times and understand why I'm in the wrong hopeful you guys can accept my apologise and see that i have change and hopefully unban me.

As for the 2  highlighted bits i believe its because even though you're dead you must have died in a RP situation so that's classed as exploiting not to mention you are trying to get advantages by logging back in when a medic can help you back up which prevents you from losing you're stuff this is a negative thing as people would start to abuse it to gain advantages such as not losing guns and other important stuff to them this would also affect the server as it would give player a way out of RP situtation allowing them to use it in many scenario such as if they are getting chase by gang member or police they can just log off and come back  at a later time to prevent them from dying or if they get rdm and dont want to lose their gun or drugs for example they would log off and come back on later to get help from a medic.

All of your bans within this community have been permanent bans, G2.9, C1.2, and now C2.3. Albeit, they are spread out with a few months here and there but the point still stands.

Tell me a roleplay scenario that was of High Quality RP and that you are apart of it either involved or looking in from the side lines

i used to be part of the changaloas and we went to war with marabuntas which i partaked in that said war and i believe my RP was quite good during this I also work at benefactor so I'm constantly trying to do Salesman RP customer come in and i rp as a sales man to the best of my abilities i try to give them a good experience and provide as much details I can on cars and there prices i also provide them with options and have a good reputation from benefactor had loads of people always contacting me on price and deals I also was doing raffles for other customers who couldn't get rid of there cars i believe must of my Good Quality RP comes from working at benefactor since I'm there must of the time trying  to get sales. other times would be when i competed in the racing event although i lost i still was a sportsman's and RP quite well took part in interviews and so on.  when injured also do my best to act that I'm injured and try to explain my issues to the medic that's treating me a RP quite well there too same goes with police officers. So overall i believe i do produce High Quality RP overall but of course that me i can't say much about what others think but from some feedback i had i think my RP is up to standard.

Again  I would like to again apologise I know I was in the wrong and that's my fault I'm really sorry. hopefully you guys can accept my apologise as I didn't mean any offence to you guys as I do not usually get that angry its was just at the moment cause I was trying to justify that I wasn't aware of other times I had combat logged but never got a chance to explain it and got instantly denied I understand staff have records but for me I wasn't aware and don't recall combat logging that many times as it was stated on my last appeal just got really annoyed that I got denied and didn't even get a chance to explain my self properly. I should of composed myself and just accepted my punishment.

Understandable, I don't mind my inventory being wipe makes sense since if i got on i would of had kept the items i would have lost either way.
