So you are unsure why you we're banned however you have stated two rules as the reason for the ban. Now rules starting with C are community rules and G are GTA Rules, We have a rules tab on top of the forums for you to go have a look. 

In relation to your appeal you have made zero effort so I'm not going to entertain the appeal. I would highly suggest you go read the rules and make more of an effort for your next appeal.
