In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I know i was banned due to a situation that occured last year, me and an ex-vagos member were looking to scam a guy who we knew to have connections with people we had bad blood with, we went ahead and set up the meeting to sell him a lock up. The fella turned up to the deal and we done the transaction, after the money was sent on his behalf we pulled out our weapons and asked him nicely to go ahead and throw his hands up for us whilst we tied a bag around his head. This was followed by a car journey that was marked on my map for me to drive to by my associate at the time. Not a clue why we were going there i just drove. Now the Bad RP was a few things within the scenario. One of the points was the lack of dialect to the kidnapped fella on the journey to the destination. We got to the beach and we spoke to him for abit about what he does, to be honest i cant really remember conversation wise what was said but i do understand it wasnt the best RP dialect towards him. Rule 2.3 was because i told him to get on his knees and he responded to me with "How do i do that" now this fella was an admin and should expect the "Flex your /surrender muscle" i dont understand how else i am suppose to tell someone to get on their knees. "Just bend your knee" ?? Anyway thats what the 2.3 rulebreak was for. And to finish it off my friend stabbed him and threw his body in the ocean which was also a point for the "Bad RP" which once again is very understandable although before killing him he did threaten us. Thats my take of why i was banned.
Why should we unban you ?: Now, i am aware this my 3rd Ban. But hand on heart i can say i try my upmost best to abide by the city rules and follow guidelines to enhance the roleplay on the server. Id like to think when the "O'Brien" name is mentioned there is a few people on the server still that it brings a smile to their face of the past roleplay situations we have fulfilled with countless people. Unfortunately, there has been a few one off times were i have made a human error and have paid the consequences for. This time being one of them, i do understand why the ban was given out although i believe i could of had a chance to just explain the scenario. Im not going to sit here and lie and lick bum and say i agree cause i dont. I was banned for the 2.3 but i really dont understand how else im to explain to someone how to get on their knees. After all this is still game and i wish to enhance the RP by them actually getting on their knees rather than stood still. Thats why i said the "Flex your /Surrender muscle" Although i disagree with that part of the ban i do understand what i did wrong.

As i said previously, im refuse to sit here and say i agree with this part of my ban. Being asked by someone ingame how to get on their knees theres not much to reply to them, to be honest IRL asking someone "How do i get on my knees" your just going to think; what the fuck is this idiot on about. So i tried to help him out ingame by hinting to flex his certain muscle so we can get on with the RP. This obviously had an effect of the RP scenario as its just killed the conversation. Who asks how to get on their knees? Anyway, i do understand what i done wrong but i would like some pointing in the right direction of how to respond to this question if i ever come to facing this again? The rule 2.3 will no be broken again, i have took accountability for my actions within this sitauton, and i have acknowledged the rulebreak here i know 100% the rule i have broke but as i say i do want abit of advice of how to respond within RP to something like this.

The roleplay of the hostage taking wasnt up to a high standard, i admit that the RP could of been abit more enjoyable for the opposite party who was being kidnapped. Honestly, we didnt really think of the longevity within roleplay in this scenario. Looking back we could of left him alive and the RP could of turned into a storyline of him chasing us back down for the payment of his money. We didnt think twice about this option. Although alot of times in the past we have done this option and very good rp has came from this. This scenario was different as it was alot of money and hand in the air we were thinkin about quick cash rather than the RP. Although we did RP but not to the extent of what we should of. I acknowledge of the rules broke and i take full responsibility. I know for the future the extent of RP to be carrried out no matter the scenario but especially situations were one party has the negative side of the RP.
Id like to apologise to the fella (If someone could tag him) for the bad quality RP we put him through and i will ensure it wont happen again. Ive had a break for just under a year off FiveM and im ready to get back to RPing and bring the O'Brien family back to RPUK and hopefully get to see some old faces. I will abide by the rules and ensure i will bring good standard RP back to RPUK. Thats a promise. Ive been through the rules to freshen up and feel ready to get back to it! Once again apologies to the staff team and the person effected in this case.
